Good day.

There are a lot of thoughts I regret thinking;
There are a lot of dos I regret doing;
There are a lot of says I regret saying;
and I have tons of feelings I regret feeling.

Sometimes, reflecting on our action becomes our least priority because we get swayed by the feeling or emotion we feel. We want to be understood, yet we couldn't seem to understand other people which then proves hypocrisy and selfishness. The thing is, you have to know how you think, cope, and react to things first in order for you to understand the people that surrounds you. If you were to understand them first, surely they would start to understand you, too. Treat people positively, and I'm certain that your positivity will be reciprocated.

Overthinking is the proof of creating chaos against yourself; they say that our mind is a battlefield and we should not let it be the controller of what we say, do, act, and think. Meanwhile, I believe, that the reason why we overthink is because we doubt——and our doubt arouses from, perhaps, a traumatic experience we can't forget, or perhaps, by the influence of our environment.

We have different stories, views, opinions, reasons and a lot more; hence, being understanding, sagacious rather, is an important attitude from a person with patient mind and calm to life. If we were to let our doubt control us, our feelings, our minds, and others, over sagacity, we are bound to shoulder each of the stress the world has to offer.

Now, I dare you to sit back and give yourself time to reflect on whether you ought to improve something about your personality or mindset. See the world, observe the people, and understand the matters you see through the naked eye.
