HARRY

After her ignoring me the whole day, I finally found Miss Emerald Hilton alone. She was standing at her locker putting a book back on the top shelf. Every Time I've tried to talk to her today, she has just ignored me and walked away.

With the events of yesterday and the things that we agreed to, you'd think she would have played the part. Although we haven't gotten the word from either my mom or Ruby to really push this thing, it's better to be ahead than behind.

She stood there with her perfect ass stuck out a bit. The black mom jeans hugging her curves beautifully and the cropped navy blue crew neck showing off her toned abs that made almost everyone jealous.

Her beat up white platform Converse sat around her feet and gave her just a bit more height, not like she needed it though since she's already 5'9 and taller than a good portion of the girls here.

As she slung her black Carhartt backpack over one of her shoulders and turned to walk away from her shut locker, I rushed up and put my arm around her shoulder while we turned onto the most crowded main hallway in the school.

She flinched and tried to push my arm off, but I wouldn't budge. "What the fuck do you think you're doing, Styles?" She whisper shouted.

"Playing my part, angel, you might want to hop on it too. It's for the best."

"It's for the best? I fucking hate this-"

"Good thing we're not doing this for us. You think I want to do this right now? 'Cause if you do, you're more delusional than I thought. I'm doing this for my mom and you're doing this for Ruby, just think of that. We would have had to do this anyway."

People started to turn and stare at us. Some of them leaned over to talk with their friends and others pulled out their phones to take photos. This is the least of what I expected to happen with this, knowing that it will only get worse.

We come from very two influential families, we're both hot, and everyone wants us. So when we show that we're quote-on-quote "dating" it's going to spark some people's interest. We both have fan pages on Instagram, some just really like looking into our lives.

She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath before she plastered a fake smile on her face and reached up to lace my hand with hers. She kept her head held high and her body close to mine as we made our way to the last class of the day: Ceramics.

Ceramics is a really fucking stupid class, but we have to have four years of a visual or performing arts class to graduate. All the other classes sounded awful and really boring. So when I didn't choose one they just shoved me in ceramics class.

And, to both of our dumb luck, Emerald also got placed in this class even though she didn't pick it because no one wants to take this class but it's the only one that is actually open for more students. Lovely.

I finally let go of Emeralds hand when she pulled away to go put her backpack down at her desk, but the teacher-Mr.Roberts-came rushing up and stopped up. "Hold on, I have to talk to you about something. Since Emerald has never taken this class before, and Harry refuses to take the advanced class even though he could, I was wondering if you could teach her some things so she can get caught up since this is technically a level 2 class and I have to help some other students right now?"

My eyes drifted over to Emerald who was standing on the other side of the table with a very unamused look on her face like she was about to hop over the table and murder the teacher.

This is my chance. My chance to get close with her and to make her actually warm up to me. So if I get the chance to teach her one on one she'll be forced to spend more time with me.
