Chapter 7 - "Who's this?"

I got up early and went to the bathroom. I was finished brushing my teeth and went to wash my face. Every time I closed my eyes, all I could think of Is the figure I saw last night. I felt chills and unsafe whenever I thought about who or what that was. I finished getting ready, I grabbed my keys and went outside. I looked out cautiously and ran inside my care and drove off. I got coffee on the way.

I got to the house and knocked on the door.
A beautiful woman opened the door.

"Hello! I'm here to clean the house."

??? -"Of course come on in!"

I went entered the house and started cleaning for an hour.
There wasn't that much to clean. I Packed my cleaning supplies and I was about to leave until she stopped me.

???- "Hey before you leave Y/N, I'm Jiyoon, I would like to be your friend. You seem cool so can I have your number?

"Well okay, but I don't know how I look cool just by cleaning your house."

I typed my number into Jiyoon's phone.

"What do I get paid?"

Jiyoon- "Oh right! My bad."

She hands me 90 and shoves me out the door.

Jiyoon -"CYA!"

What the hell was that? I went house to house cleaning. I felt like somebody was still watching me, I left in the middle of the day because I earned enough and rushed to Ri-eul. He waved at me with a big smile. Just being with him makes me feel better. I went towards him and hugged him.

Ri-eul -"Hey Y/n!"

"Hey!..You know about last night how I felt scared?"

Ri-eul -"Yes?"

His expression looked a but worried now.

"Well I still feel like I'm being watched, it was since I went to the first house I cleaned today."

Ri-eul -"No need to worry. I will always try to protect you, I promise!"

I felt lighter and better after he said that, but he better keep that promise.

"Thank you, I feel a lot better now. Enough with me, what happened today with you?"

Ri-eul -"These annoying girls keep creeping in the amusement park."

"Oh? what have they been doing?"

Ri-eul -"They have been, looking through my stuff. I think they tried to hide something around in the amusement park. I don't know what they are trying to do, but whatever it is it's annoying"

"Sounds like their a pain in the ass"

Ri-eul -"They really are"

I wish I was around Ri-eul all the time. His smile is so, I don't even know how to put it into words. It's like he put me under a spell.

Ri-eul -"Wanna go on the merry go round?"

He stood up and reached his hand for mine

I took his hand and he ran to the merry go round.

"Slow down! I'm not that fast!"

Ri-eul then carried me again and ran! We made it to the Merry-go-round, Ah-yi was there too. Me and Ah-yi got on the horses. Ri-eul was on the carousel holding onto the edge. Suddenly there was music and he started singing beautifully. The yellow rod disappeared after a few seconds and the horses started moving. We were flying around the place. The view was so incredible! The whole time I was confused how people did not notice us!

(Time skip cuz I can)

We flew out of the earth and then I suddenly felt a jolt, we were back on the carousel. I was disappointed we were back on earth, but I didn't mind because I was still at the park.

Ri-eul -"Hey I need a talk with Ah-yi if you don't mind. I will be back okay?"

"Alright! I'll go sit at the bench!"

Right when I got to the bench I relaxed. Suddenly I felt my phone ringing and decided to check who it was. It was Jiyoon!? I answered the call.

Jiyoon -"Heyy~"

"Uhh hi? Why'd you call?"

Jiyoon -"Im bored thats why."

"Mhm anyway what are you doing?"

Jiyoon -"In my bedroom fixing a boring puzzle. What about you?"

"Walking around. Anyway I'm quite busy right now because I'm with a friend."

Jiyoon -"Awhh don't hang up on me y/n!!"

Her voice sounded disappointed. Obviously I didn't give a f*ck.

"Okay? I'm gonna anyway and you can't really do anything about it"

Jiyoon -"You do not know what I am capable of Y/n. Now I said don't hang up"

I was getting very annoyed.

"What are you gonna do about it?"

Jiyoon -" Look I just don't want you to hang up the phon-"

I hung up once I saw Ri-eul on his way to me.

"Hey!"

Ri-eul -"Hi! are you alright?"

"Yes"

No, No the hell I'm not.

Ri-eul -"Are you sure? you can tell me what happened."

"There's this lady's house I cleaned today, she has my number, she called me earlier and she was acting very weird."

Ri-eul -"What did she do?"

"She said by quote "You don't know what I'm capable of Y/n. Now I said don't hang up" Im scared Ri-eul. I don't feel safe. She already scheduled me to clean her house tomorrow."

Ri-eul -"Well what did you do about the situation?"

"I just hung up."

Ri-eul came closer to me and held my hands.

Ri-eul -"Your fine she can't touch you."

"How do you know?"

Ri-eul grinned hopefully.

Ri-eul -"She can't do anything to you as long as I'm still here, I wont allow her. I promise."

I felt much more at ease and I felt safer.

"Thank you Ri-eul!"

Ri-eul gave a smile that made me feel hopeful.
