Chapter-8 "Feelings?"

I went back home from amusement park that day thinking of what Ri-eul promised me. He promised he would protect me, I hope he keeps that promise. I trust him so I think he will. On my way home I found 2 teenagers beating up a poor dog. My blood boiled with rage.

"Hey! What do you f*ckers think you're doing?!?"

They spat at the dog and ran. The poor dog was shaking and injured really badly. I went to the little dog and realized it was still a baby! I carried the pup and went back in the car, I drove off to the vet. I rushed in the building and the pup got taken In by a nurse.

An hour later the nurse came and told me that the dog would be okay and that he just needed his injuries to heal.

"Thank you."

"No problem, have a good night."

I paid them and left with the dog sleeping in my hand.

I drove back home and laid the little dog on a soft blanket to sleep in.

"You will be okay."

I said that like the dog could hear me, but I know they couldn't. I went to my bedroom and laid in bed still thinking of that promise that was made. I couldn't sleep that night, all I could think of is what could happen tomorrow, the promise, the dog, Ri-eul. I tried to go to sleep but I just couldn't! It was only until 2:58 I could.

I woke up to my alarm clock.

"I didn't even sleep that well."

I spent 30 minutes in bed. I kept hitting the snooze button. It was until later I realized I was LATE?! I rushed getting ready. Okay I need to bring back food for the dog a bowl and some new bandages for dogs. I quickly gave them some food and water and rushed out the door. I quickly checked the time and its 12:37?!

"Crap I'm so late!"

I ran inside the car and drove off, I couldn't even focus on all the insults being thrown at me by the neighbors right now.

I made it to the first house I needed to clean almost an hour late!

"I'm very sorry sir!"

???-"It's alright. You can start working."

I rushed through the house cleaning the area's he needed me to clean. I got it done in an hour, he paid me, and right when I was about to leave he grabbed me.

???-"Hey why don't you stay a bit longer?"

"I apologize but I cannot stay."

He had a sad look on his face.

"I'm very busy today so I really can't, besides I'm just here to clean your house sir."

I went cleaning every house on my list until I saw Jiyoon's name. Shit. I hesitated ringing the doorbell but I did it anyway and backed up a little.

Jiyoon- "Hey Y/nnn"

"Uh, hey?"

Jiyoon-"Why'd you hang up on me yesterday?"

"I told you I was busy Jiyoon, and to be honest you were getting on my nerves"

(TRIGGER WARNING THIS COULD BE SENSITIVE TO SOME PEOPLE)

She grabbed me and pinned me.

Jiyoon-"I told you not to hang up on me Y/n!"

"So your getting mad all over me hanging up on you? I was busy Jiyoon!"

Jiyoon was gripping my hands harder.

"JIYOON! LET ME GO"

Jiyoon -"Y/n I love you and you ditched me for that magician?! I'VE KNOWN YOU LONGER Y/N!!"

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT WE JUST MET 2 DAYS AGO?! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU LIKED ME? AND WHAT DO YOU MEAN DITCHED?!"

Jiyoon -"I CALLED YOU AND YOU LEFT FOR THAT MAN!"

Jiyoon was closer to my face now.

I looked around for something that could possibly help me, I realized my legs were still free, I kicked Jiyoon as hard as I could and she yelped in pain and let go.

Jiyoon -"Y/N! YOU LITTLE B*TCH!"

I ran to open the door but it was locked and Jiyoon was pissed at me and started running towards me! I had no choice but to run upstairs. I ran to the first door I saw and when I opened it I saw many pictures of me!

"Oh my gosh!"

Was she the stalker?! I wanted to scream but that way Jiyoon would find me sooner. I looked at the pictures and some of them where of me and Ri-eul together too! Psycho! Is she trying to kill me?! She barley even knows me how does she have this many photos?! Has she been stalking me for years?! My brain was screaming to get out and run but I couldn't risk it. I peeked outside the door and she had a blindfold and ties, I was scared thinking of what she might do. I kept looking and she had her back turned I slowly crept out and ran. She noticed me and chased after. I tried to run out the house and suddenly tripped. She caught me!

Jiyoon -"Don't panic."

"Don't panic my ass! Your chasing me with a blindfold and rope on your hand! YOU STALKED ME!"

Jiyoon -"SHUT UP Y/N!"

"WELL YOU DID"

Jiyoon -"I DID THIS FOR YOU! TO GET TO KNOW YOU!"

"Maybe if you talked to me properly and asked me questions you would know me better!"

Jiyoon -"I DIDN'T TALK TO YOU BECAUSE I WAS SCARED!"

"MAYBE IF YOU WEREN'T A P*SSY AND A PSYCHO WE WOULD BE FRIENDS!"

She shut my mouth and I bit her hand as soon as she let go I cried for help.

"HELP ME!!"

I screamed as loud as I could.

Jiyoon was about to hit me until Ri-eul came out of nowhere and grabbed me.

Ri-eul -"What do you think your doing?"

Ri-euls tone sounded angry but calm. I don't know how to explain  the tone of his voice.

Jiyoon -"Why do you want to know?"

I looked at Ri-eul and felt relief.

Ri-eul -"from what I see you are trying to hurt Y/n and you scaring them. What are you trying to do to them?"

Jiyoon started to cry angrily.

Jiyoon -"I just want them to like me!"

Ri-eul -"Ah, so you think trapping them, scaring them, and threatening them, will make them like you? I see what you have in your hands right now."

Ri-eul grabbed her hand and saw the rope. Jiyoon pulled back aggressively.

Jiyoon -"Stay out of my way!"

Jiyoon pushed Ri-eul aside and tried to attack me but Ri-eul pushed her out of the way and grabbed me.

Ri-eul -"DON'T, even try to get near them"

Jiyoon was about to punch Ri-eul until Ri-eul grabbed her arm twisted it and pushed her to the ground

Ri-eul -"Please stay away from Y/n"

Ri-eul held my hand and walked away with me. He kept his promise!

Ri-eul -"Sorry I arrived late darlin- oh crap! I'm so sorry Y/n!"

"Hm? what did you call me?"

I know what he called me and I gave him a smirk.

Ri-eul -"Oh nothing"

He looked away, I can still see him turning red. Gosh he's so cute! Everything about him makes me smile or blush! I keep getting these weird feelings whenever I'm around him, it's like a crush, but it doesn't feel like one, it feels like more than a crush. I think I might be In love with Ri-eul!
