Bia POV

We got on the plane and went off to pick up Phastos, Sersi and Ikaris volunteered to get him so it was just us waiting in the jet.

"Hey," Sprite said, giving me a water bottle. "When was the last time you saw Phastos?" She asked. I thought back to it, Phastos called and asked me to come and help him with something. I got to his house and found a kid there. I met his husband, Ben, and his son, Jack. I stayed with them for about a week before leaving, that must have been a year ago.

"About a year ago, I met his son and husband when I stayed with them for a week," I said, Sprite's face was priceless.

"He has a husband and a kid!" Sprite whispers yelled. I laughed at her reaction

"It's ok love," I subconsciously pecked her lips before walking off leaving a flustered Sprite. I turned back when I realized what I just did. "OMG, Sprite I am so sorry," I said quickly.

"Shut up," Sprite said cutting me off, she grabbed my t-shirt and pressed her lips to mine. I didn't think she still liked me after all this time. I smiled into the kiss, we broke away for breath. "Bia, I like you, like, I am in love with you," Sprite told me.

"Sprite I have been in love with you for over 7000 years," I told her. She pulled me into her and we fell asleep waiting for Phastos. I woke up before Sprite and woke her up as we landed in Iraq. We got off the plane and moved to where the domo lay, Druig's mind controlled the people to leave. Sprite made the illusion that we were invisible as we walked up and unveiled ourselves as we got closer. Phastos used his powers to bring the domo up from underground, what can I say Makkari stayed hidden for a while only leaving to steal stuff.

"A foreboding atmosphere fills the air. An eerie stillness chokes our lungs." Kingo spoke to the camera creeping us out

"What are you doing? You know you're creeping us out. You know that, right?" Phastos said as Thena stepped on a chip bag. "Oh! Oh, God! Stay calm, T, please!" Pathos said, jumping at the sound, I let out a small laugh. "Chips. It's just chips." He said, picking up the bag and laughing.

"As you can see, being an Eternal does not preclude you from having human emotions such as cowardice," Kingo told the camera, as we were walking into the lab. I looked around after spotting Makkari she made this place a fucking human museum.

"What has she done? Is that... a sarcophagus in my lab?" Phastos exclaimed, looking around at his once-clean lab.

"This is Makkari. Or should I say, Miss Havisham? None of us have seen her for centuries." Kingo said.

"I have seen her! How are you?" I spoke and signed, smiling at her.

"Ready to go home?" Makkari asked.

"You missed a lot." I signed to her looking around. I walked around to the stacks of books. There was a training manual on the red room program, I smiled thinking back to when I worked under them for a short time.

(Flashback)

I looked at the girls around me. They were soon to be trained to be highly functioning female assassins. The girls were just 9 years old. I had seen much younger girls pass through.

(Flashback ended.)

Sprite POV

"Why are you smiling?" Sprite came up behind me looking over my shoulder.

"I used to work for these assholes. I'm happy Yelena and Nat took them down. It was getting out of control with mind control toxicity." She told me, I looked down at her arm and noticed a tattoo.

"When did you get this done?" I asked if it seemed like it had just been done. I traced over it, it was lightning striking running down over her forearm.

" Couple months back I wanted something to remind me of the old days, plus Thor betted I wouldn't get a tattoo so I got $30 out of it." She told me laughing at the end. Bia and I went back to reading through the books and scrolls Makkari had on the ship. Thena came by practicing with a sword she found.

"Is that the Ebony Blade?" Bia asked as her interest peaked, seeing a weapon she could use.

"Excalibur." Thena clarified, both of them smiling surely thinking of new ways to piss off Ikaris.

"Arthur always did have a crush on you." I teased as Thena walked away. "You know he was a hopeless romantic," I told Bia as she read through a book.

"Oh sounds like someone I know," she said not looking up, I turned towards her, offended, she looked up at me smirking.

"You're paying for that later." I came back to her smirking with my eyebrows raised, thinking of all the ways to get to her.

"Oh really, I'd like to see you try." she challenged, rolling her eyes.

"Yeah, but I'm the only one who knows all your weaknesses and the only one that knows how to make you scream," I whispered into her ear causing her to shiver. She was about to say something when Phastos called us over.
