—"CAN WE talk later today baby?" her voice speaked through my phone. i sighed "yea.. sure , is everything alright?"...
there was a small pause "i hope so" she answered back with an anxious voice. "look whatever is going on... i'm here for you cutie" i tried reassuring her. i could hear her sigh and kiss the phone "love you, bye" and with that she hung up.
putting my phone in my pocket me and silver walked into our class and sat down next to each other as always.
i looked to my right to see silver rolling his eyes. "what?" i questioned him. silver and me stayed close even after the whole incident with amy and maria. i was frankly afraid amy will tell blaze to make silver stop being my friend, but i guess she isn't that type of person.
"oh nothing it's not like you are dating a person that my girlfriend friend group and me dislike" silver replied in an irritated voice. i rolled my eyes at him.
she isn't even like that anymore... maria changed and i learned to love her.
"oh come on, i told you everything... i just was using amy okay? i'm sorry i guess i'm guilty. maria will always be my #1" i whispered to him.
silver looked at me dead in the eyes "is that true shadow? or are you telling yourself that to ignore the fact maria force-"
"silver!" the teacher called him out. we both quickly looked up to our teacher. Mrs.Brooks, a divorced english teacher... and a bitch.
all eyes was on us, i noticed someone not turning their head towards us like always. amy...
she never turns around to face me, and whenever she had to face my direction... she will ignore eye contact.
silver cleared his throat and replied to her "sorry ma'am..." the teacher only gave him a bitchy glare and continued lecturing.
i shook my head and yawned...

she became extremely popular , i guess thanks to me and maria! we both were the jump starters of her whole little senior popularity.
"hiya shadow!" someone gripped me from the back while i was walking towards the lunch area, making me gasp and bump. a loud female laugh came afterwards..
"omg shadow no way your a pussy" the bat flew next to me, rouge. "oh shut up rouge, and why are you flying? your damn boobs will slip out"
"that's the whole point ultimate life form, what's the point of having titties if i ain't gonna show them off?" she replied with a sarcastic voice.
"OMG HEY! MINA OVER HERE!" rouge then shouted at the crowd. in my point of view i couldn't see mina. i heard she came back from the dirty secrets app.
i finally saw mina walking through the crowd holding someone's hand. and that hand was amy's...
they are both already that close? what did i expect.
amy said something to mina , in which mina then looked at me and back at her , then proceeded to nod.

"oh definitely... they are, i mean what did you expect?" rouge replied to me as she could read my thoughts. "anyways act cool here she comes"
mina approached me and rouge... amy following her from behind. "hi there shadow! it's been like a year since our last interaction huh? do you regret it?" mina flirted with me as she flaunted her new developed body.
amy let out a small chuckle "don't try love, he's too in love with a slu- i mean maria"
wow... amy . i see, your still hurt if you want to diss my girlfriend.
"ohhhh yea!! i forgot about that .. i guess anything revolving maria is easily..." mina looked at me up and down , with disgust... "forgettable"
i was offended and frowned my eyebrow "the hell is all about girls?" i looked at amy and for once , she looked at me back with a smirk across her face.
then out of nowhere the three girls bursted out laughing. "omg shadow!" rouge playfully punched me in the arm "we are joking! we were wondering if you'll like to come with us to the movies after school"
i looked confused and looked at amy to see her reaction. which was... her normal face. "o-oh don't worry about me! i don't care if you bring maria it's all cool"
she gave me one of her famous smiles that she gives to every single person who comes up to her. "yeah! ima be amy's date" mina giggled and kissed her on the cheek. "my god mina not here" amy whispered seductively as a joke.
i let out an awkward chuckle "um... well i don't plan on bringing my girlfriend with you girls... she hates y'all" i then looked at the pink hedgehog who was giving me a blank expression. "especially you" she rolled her eyes and shook her head smiling.
"but i know my boy silver and knuckles will be there correct?" i looked at rouge , she nodded happily. "i'll go by myself, i'm sure maria won't mind. just text me the details?"'
"you got it handsome!" rouge complimented me as always "let's go girls... we will see you after school shadow" she waved me goodbye.
i waved back at them, and to my surprise amy waved at me with her small soft smile.
