Later that day Noah woke up a bit to Zayn stirring about in their sleep, he yawned as quietly as he could so he didn't accidentally wake the other up, smiling softly when he finally looked down and saw how cute they looked when sleeping on his chest.
He went to carefully try and move them off of him but when he tried they gripped the sleeve of his shirt in their hand tightly along with nuzzling into his chest. He cooed silently but also wished that they'd let go so he could get up and go to the bathroom but also get a drink. Noah shifted a bit as he leaned over and grabbed his phone from the other side of the bed and checked the time, currently the time was a little after two in the afternoon, meaning they had slept for roughly three hours or so.
After about twenty minutes to half an hour he finally got them to get up off of the bed without waking them up. Once he was up he quietly made his way out of the room, closing the door carefully behind him in the process.
He made his way to the kitchen, making sure not to knock anything over. When he entered the kitchen he saw Lance and Keith talking to each other, Keith sitting up on the counter and Lance standing not too far to his right. The raven haired young adult was wearing one of his partners hoodies which was a few sizes too big on him but he didn't seem to mind nor care about that factor.
“ Hey, Zayn is still asleep.. I'll wake them up in a bit” the blonde teen said once the two who were already in the kitchen noticed he had entered the room, all three of them exchanging smiles to one another.
“ No problem, we know they have problems sleeping so it's probably a good thing they sleep when they can now..” Keith said as he sat up more, adjusting something under his shirt and hoodie, well Lance's hoodie that he had taken.
“amor, ¿cuánto tiempo has estado usando tu carpeta hoy?” Lance tended to speak to his partner in Spanish even though Keith struggled to understand him most of the time but he was beginning to get used to it and understand it more as time went on.
“Not that long, a couple hours before Noah and Zayn arrived” lies. Both the blonde and brunette could see straight through that one, though Noah stayed out of it because it wasn't his place to get involved and he also didn't know what Lance had said in the first place seeing as he didnt understand Spanish at all other than a couple words Zayn had taught him.
“ Amor please take it off, i know that you’re not telling the truth.. I don't want you to get hurt..” he spoke softly and Keith reluctantly agreed and got down off of the counter but not before giving his partner a quick peck on the lips walking off to what Noah could only assume was their bedroom after the quick, gentle kiss.
While Zayn slept and Keith went to take his binder off, the other two chatted together in the meantime, Noah finally being able to get a drink, though he just had a bottle of water it was better than being dehydrated.
In the middle of talking the blonde felt a pair of thin arms wrap around his waist from behind along with feeling a soft headbutt to his back” hey.. Did you sleep well” he asked softly, automatically knowing that it was his partner who was hugging him.
“It would have been better if I hadn't woken up alone..” they huffed softly which was shortly followed by a way. They huffed him a little tighter, their concerningly cold hands against Noah's abdomen under his shirt, skin to skin causing a shiver to go through the blonde's spine.
“ jeez, your hands are cold” he commented, though he didn't make any sign of actually moving their hands “ you just woke up, how are they so cold?” he added as they moved their hands to another spot to continue to warm them up.
“ I don't know.. my hands are just cold all the damn time..” they spoke through a yawn and eventually let go of Noah, mainly because they realised that someone else was in the room and were now a bit embarrassed. “ I’m still offended you left me alone..” they huffed as they adjusted their jeans which were falling down because they had taken their belt off before falling asleep earlier so they’d actually be a bit more comfortable.
