🌙💙🦋🏝PAIGE WAS gutted, and honestly, so was Olivia. No islander wanted their partner to be stolen from them... even if they did not fancy them in a romantic way as yet... and Olivia hated that she hurt someone. She knew that Paige and Luca had got on well, but, Paige had always assured her that she could crack on if she wanted, now that she had, Paige was clearly upset. But Olivia couldn't be too interested in pleasing other people, she had to please herself. Whether she remained with Luca throughout their Love Island journey, or whether they found other people, Olivia owed it to herself to follow her gut.
Once the shock had settled, the islanders had carried on with their night. Olivia walked to the kitchen to grab herself a bag of crips, and Luca followed her like a lost puppy. They had an impending conversation to get to and settled on the best destination being the firepit. "I think that this is my new favourite place," Luca smirked, as it was that very firepit where Olivia chose him and where they had many other conversations. The blonde rolled her eyes and laughed, "Are you happy that I chose you?"
Luca nodded without as much as a hint of hesitation. "I'm fucking buzzing."
"Really?" Olivia blushed. One thing that attracted her to Luca other than his eyes, was his honesty. He spoke his mind, and that was something that she found rather sexy. "Obviously. I don't want you to feel as if you're stuck to me. You're free to get know other people just as long as you're honest with me."
Luca shrugged, "I really fancy you." He admitted. It was nice to hear that he liked her, even if a part of Olivia was still skeptical of being apart of his love triangle. She couldn't help but smile, shyly tucking strands of blonde hair behind her ears, "Yeah, I fancy the shit out of you too." She admitted. Somehow, she wasn't as nervous as the day she had had first come in. It was the second day, but Olivia had already gotten used to the cameras at every nook and cranny, and she somehow managed to tune them out. She was being her genuine, and authentic self. After their conversation, Luca had moved on to chat to Paige as it was the rightful thing to do, whereas Ella went over to the kitchen where Dami and Amber were. She sighed, and Dami pulled her in for a cuddle. "You alright, Liv?" Amber asked her.
When Dami released his hold on her, Olivia gestured to the firepit where Paige and Luca were, "I chose Luca because we genuinely do get on, but I dont know if it was the right decision," she revealed. Luca was fit. He had a good personality thus far, but, Olivia couldn't help but feel as though something was missing between the two of them. Dami rubbed her back and shook his head, "Take it easy. It's only our second night. You don't have to stress yourself and overthink. Get to know Luca, getting to know others. You owe it to yourself to explore."
OLIVIA IN THE BEACH HUT:
Olivia bites her bottom lips and looks directly into the camera. "I know that I do fancy Luca, but, it's like there's something missing. I don't know. I'm probably just tired or hungry or both."
