STUCKED IN TORMENT (COMPLETED)

Chapter 5

With Sid and Avu. As avu said both started searching for her again, near her college.

Same time, Vaish too was crossing way from that road. Avu's eyes fell on vaish. She ran to Sid.

Avu (pointing at vaish): Sid vo rahi vaishu.

Sid snapped in direction and saw her.

Avu: Let's go.

They ran towards vaish. Luckily they reached near her and Sid held her wrist from behind.

Sid (panting): Vaishu...

She turn to see him. She jerked his hand and push him.

Avu: Vaishu...
Vaish: Don't come near me you both. Stay away from me.

Vaish mumble.

Sid (cupping her face): Sun gudiya...

She pushed his hands.

Vaish: I said stay away from me. Mar gayi gudiya Siddharth Nigam.

Sid: Ek baar meri baat-

Vaish: Stop this drama. I know each and every truth of yours. A mafia, a murderer, a cheater. Mujhe vishwas nahin ho raha jisko main apna superhero manti thi vo mujhe apne fayede ke liye use kar raha hain. Am I a toy? Mujhe sach pata Chal gaya. We are not real siblings. Aapne jo jo baate mujhse chupai. Or haan I hate you. I hate you more than anything.

Listening all this Sid stood numb. He closed his ears not capable of listening anything else. Vaish was about to leave but Sid again held her hand. Vaish glared him, trying to free hand.

Sid (sobbing): No.

Vaish looked at him for few seconds then took out gun from Sid's waist belt. She pointed gun on Avneet.

Vaish: If you want her alive. Leave me.

Sid, Avni both got shock. Sid came in between.

Sid: Don't do this vaishu.
Vaish (angrily): Why? Takleef ho rahi hain? Mere sath jab aese kiya to ek baar bhi socha? Now last warning. Don't you dare to come behind me again. Mar gayi Vaishnavi. Ho gaya sab khatam.

Throwing gun at floor. Vaish ran from there. Sid fell on his knees and broke down. His heart shuttered.

Avu: Sid hume vaish ko rokna hoga. You can't give up like this. Come on Sid.
Sid: Kis haq se roku main usko? Jis bhai ke sath vo badi hui. Jo uska super hero tha. Aaj us bhai se zyada usko prateek ke baato par trust hain. Main kis baat ka haq rakhu? Sab haq le liye usne mujhse.

Avu got quiet. As she don't have any answer.

Sid: Chalo ghar avu.
Avni: Vaish?

Sid left from there without replying. He was so broken. Avu came behind him. Both sat in car and drove off to their home.

After reaching home. Avu came out of car.

Sid: Tum Chalo main aaya.
Avu: But-
Sid (cuts her): Don't worry. I am safe. 2mins me aaya. Tum jao.

Avni nodded and went in. Sid took his phone and call his man.

Sid: Prem us bachi ko aur Prateek ke bhai ko jane do.
Prem: Okay sir.

He hang up the call and went in. He laid on sofa. Vaish's words were echoing in his mind. Her targeting gun on avni for revenge flashing in front of his eyes. Tears roll down on his cheeks. Avni come out of kitchen with water. She sat on floor near sofa.

Avni (caressing sid's hair): Siddharth.
Sid (muffled voice): Please leave me alone Avneet.
Avni (tears roll down her eyes): No.

Sid understood she is also crying but he stayed quiet.

Avni: Kyun jane diya vaishu ko. Vo tumhari behan hain. Or phir prateek ke bhai ya kisi ne us par attack kiya to.
Sid: Prateek mar gaya hain or uske bhai se meri deal hui hain. Neither he will interfere in my work nor I will interfere in his work from now on. Matter sort hain.
Avni: Vaishu?
Sid: I don't know. Vo rahegi Jaha usko rahena hoga. Us par koi khatra nahin hain that's it. Uske liye koi or itna important hain ke uske jooth par bhi trust kar liya. She literally said we are not real siblings or main usko use kar raha hoon. Abhi if maine uske liye kuch kiya bhi to she will consider ke main usse use karne ke liye ye sab kar raha hoon.

Avni nodded and Sid was silently sobbing.
