you woke up in an unknown yet familiar place. you have no idea how you wounded up in your school during an apocalyptic event where almost no one is around—at least you have your bestfriend yashiro nene.
well, this makes the "bestfriend till the end of the world" take the whole thing seriously. "nene-chan, wake up." you shook yashiro back and forth.
yashiro fluttered her eyelids open then rubbing her magenta eyes, she yawned and looked around. "where are we...?" she asked. "why are we in school? isn't it supposed to be the apocalypse, i thought the two of us are the only people in this world."
the apocalypse is what you called in this event. the supposedly a slice of life like day turned everyone's existence to obliterate all of a sudden but it seemed like you and yashiro were spared. the last time you remembered is that you and yashiro are hoarding the food aisle by the mall to get some essentials.
it's been a week since you and yashiro tried to live a normal life, but without the phone service they wouldn't be able to contact everyone. almost as if you two were back in to the past.
yashiro stood up from the wooden floor as she grabbed your arm to help you stand up. for now, you decided to look around and wonder how you two got here. "we should try taking a look around the school." the day is supposedly sunny but somehow the surroundings were dark as hell and you couldn't see a thing.
you reached your hand out to the doorknob and luckily the door is unlocked. you looked at yashiro, thinking whether you should bring her or let her stay to watch.
