PROLOGUE

"Xavier! Xavier! Wake up mijo !!"

"Mama?" Xavier sat up, rubbing his eyes groggily "What happened?" he asked as he saw his mother frantically packing a duffel bag.

"There's not much time." After stuffing in clothes she ran into the bathroom .

"Mama ,what's wrong !?"

Rushing out , she placed his bathroom toiletries into the bag.

"Mijo, go to Lia's room and pack her things . Now!"

"Ma tell me! What is wrong !?" before she could answer, he heard howls. Howls he did not recognize.

"No! No!" Xavier looked at his mother's now pale face, she was muttering things in Spanish he couldn't make out.

"Mama?" she looked up and he took a step back . The haunted look in her eyes was like nothing he'd ever seen before.

"Mama?" he whispered , the look disappeared and was replaced with one of determination . " Come mijo, help me pack for Lia."

"Why!? What's happening !? Tell me! Please!"

"There has been an attack planned"

"WHAT !?" she glared at him "We need to hurry. I'll explain while packing . Now come on!"

She led him to his little sister's room,"Go and pack some of your sister's clothes, I'll get the other things." Careful not to wake the sleeping Lia, he went to the closet , pulled out some clothes and hurriedly packed then into a bag.

"Some rogues were spotted about fifteen minutes ago at the borders .There is an army heading from the north", she looked him in the eye, "You and Lia need to go away."

"No! Ma! We can't leave you!" he said frantically.

"That was an order Xavier !" the booming voice of his father reached him.

He turned to him. "Papa! We can't leave you!"

"You have to! You'll leave right now!" He reached down and took the sleeping girl into his arms , then looking at Xavier he spoke, "You have to." he quietly asked his wife to bring the small packet from their room , downstairs and walked out calling for Xavier to bring his and Lia's bags.

Xavier hesitated then complied.

They headed out back silently weaving through the unusually empty house. As they reached the back door Xavier turned to his father, "Papa?" he called weakly, his father gently placed Lia on the high table near the door. "Xavier", grasping his shoulders,"I'm so sorry son, but you have to take Lia and run as far west as you possibly can. Don't argue! You Have to save yourself and Lia." he pleaded with his eyes "For me your mother, for lia and for your pack too."

Xavier looked away just in time to see his mother returning and carefully placing a blue sachet on his bag .

"There are the pack funds and other things you need." she kissed his and Lia's heads', looking into Xavier's eyes she said,"I love you ,mijo"

After repeating the gesture his father said loudly, "Go now!"

Xavier picked Lia up with one arm and their bags in the other, with one last glance he whispered ,"We love you too." Then he started running towards the woods as the howls growing louder.

Pulling his weeping wife, Marcia, against him, Eddy Mendez silently prayed to ever known god to keep his children safe. Now and forever, even of he could not.

Hello everyone ! Wts up !? :D

Ok I'm new to this so if it sucks don't kill me :p

Either way I hope you like it.

So basically the idea was half given to me by my French-mate :D as in the guy who sits next to me in French class :D . So randomly when we were talking (arguing really :p) I said that even though Twilight sucks ass (no offense to any twilight fans but it really does suck I mean sparkling vampires? Really?) werewolves aren't THAT bad so he replies that they would only be cool if there was some random apocalypse (boys I tell you :p so violent and blood thirsty) or something like that and one thing led to another and voilà ! But t's also to kind of prove warewolves don't suck as much as he thinks.

So technically this is dedicated to you :D Merci beaucoup mon ami :D. And it's also dedicated to GlitzWriting !! You were my 1st follower :D thanks so much for supporting me!! :D
