This part may contain violence, Tw for blood and maybe death

The pair had gotten into the car just in time, and as they backed out from the driveway the shadowy figures of Drew's roommates could be seen searching for the man. Something may have been important, Drew would never know, his attention now only on Kari. Drew sat in the front passenger seat, a seat he has not sat in, in a very very long time. Drew and Kari had a past together, a strong and what seemed to be an everlasting relationship together, bros before hoes, but... the hoes are the bros. Kari lived quite a long drive away from Drews house, 30 to 45 minutes it could take depending on the traffic, in the car the silence lasted for what felt like hours before Kari hit a sudden speed bump that he didn't recognise, it wasn't their on the drive up? A concerned look shatters across Drews face as he swiftly turns to look behind him;
"K..kari..?" He stuttered "you need to pull over"
"Hm?"
"You need to pull over." Kari indicates and pulls onto the nearby bus stop, getting out and looking behind him. Dread fills fills his guts and bones, his body feeling weighed down and he stumbles over to is now, a corpse. The corpse of an old women who he had apparently not seen, her pale pink cardigan slowly being stained red from the blood slowly gushing from the open wound on her side. If she wasn't dead now, she was soon to be. The road was clear both ways, thankfully this is a straight, flat road for the next 100 yards.
"Do you have insurance?" Drew asked
"Mhm, but it wont cover this" Kari answered, keeping conversation to a minimal. Drew approaches the old women and begins to attempt at carrying her, blood dripping from her still as Drew commands Kari to open the boot of the car, he complies. Dumping the woman's body into the boot and using a month old plastic water bottle to wash as much blood off the road as possible. Drew takes the driver seat this time.
