Kathy ran down the hall as fast as she coukd until she made it to Room 211. She ran into the room and saw Ollie was still asleep. The monitor he was hooked up to showed he was doing okay. The doctor came up behind her and accidentally gave her a fright.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you. His eyes are closed, but he's awake. His body is just adjusting to being back." Dr. Holland said. She looked over at him and smiled.
"Thanks for everything, doctor." Kathy said and she walked over to Ollie slowly. Dr. Holland left the room.
She took a seat down by the chair and reached out her hand and held Ollie's. She wiped her happy tears away.
"Ollie? It's your mother." She said. "Welcome back home."
All of a sudden, Ollie woke up in a gasp. Kathy gasped in fright. Ollie's face was traumatized and worried.
"No! No, this can't happen! This can't happen! Not now!" Ollie said in a frightened tone. His face was of the purest horror. Kathy leaned over and held onto him, reassuring him that everything was going to be okay.
"The Mackoons! Daniel and all the other Proxies are gonna die! I need to save them!" Ollie said in fear. Kathy was confused.
"Ollie....whatever are you talking about? You were in a coma for a couple days. You're back here....back home....where you belong." Kathy said. Ollie shook his head.
"I need to go back! I need to go back there! My friends are in danger! They're going to die!" Ollie said in fear. Kathy was confused and scared.
"Ollie? What do you mean? I don't understand. Ollie?" She asked. Ollie grew deathly quiet. He could feel the hands of Abbat rubbing his back and his shoulders. The lights began to flicker and he started to breathe rapidly.
"What's going on?" Kathy asked. She then shouted for Doctor Holland to come back. Then, all of a sudden Ollie's body started to thrust to and fro refusively.
Kathy watched in horror as her son jolted his body around as if he was having a seizure or a seizure equivalent.
Doctor Holland saw this and immediately called for another doctor. The other doctor arrived with a couple others and held Ollie down as Dr. Holland sedated him to fall asleep.
"What's wrong with Ollie? Is he alright?" Kathy asked.
"Ollie's alright. Pretty much he had a very strong seizure. A stroke. It's odd, yes, but not irregular." Dr. Holland said. He went over and checked the monitor. He then mumbled something in a worried tone.
"What's that mean?" Kathy asked.
"The monitor must be off. It can't be.....no it can't." Dr. Holland said. Kathy's heart started racing.
"What the hell is going on?" Kathy asked in a loud and angry voice. Tears were streaming down her cheeks. Dr. Holland turned around and looked at her.
"It appears that whatever is in Ollie's....imagination land is trying to lure him back into it forever. The coma is killing your son." Dr. Holland said. Kathy looked at Dr. Holland's face and didn't blink. Dr. Holland looked at her confused.
"Um, Mrs. Hutskin? Are you alright?" Dr. Holland asked. Kathy rolled her eyes back and passed out, her body falling to the ground in a heavy and hard thud. Dr. Holland ran to her and carried her to the other bed and went to aid her.
