"We see the owner of the shop as he just finished setting up the banner for his shop. The owner then went down, but he fell because someone bumped into him. The one that bumped into him was revealed to be a girl with green hair."
Green Haired Girl (Emerald): Excuse me, sorry. I'm not really from around here. *extends her hand to the owner as he takes it and she helped him up* Um, *pulls out a piece of paper and shows it to the owner* would you mind pointing me in the direction of this shop?
"The owner nods as he told the girl the direction of the shop. The girl then waved at the owner as she then went towards a corner as a guy with silver hair was standing near it."
Silver Haired Guy (Mercury): I knew you were lost.
Green Haired Girl (Emerald): Mercury, I will seriously pay you to shut up. *holds up a stack of money in front of his face*
Mercury: *shakes his head sideways* That's not your money.
Green Haired Girl (Emerald): But, it could be yours for five minutes of silence.
Mercury: *pretends to think about it* Hmmm? *shakes his head sideways* No deal.
Green Haired Girl (Emerald): *throws a bill at the ground* Hmm, fine. *walks away*
Mercury: Whatever, you want me. *laughs*
"The 2 then started walking to the place that they're looking for."
Mercury: *to Emerald* So, how much further?
Green Haired Girl (Emerald): A few blocks.
Mercury: Oh, this place is so dull.
Green Haired Girl (Emerald): *shrugs* Eh. I kind of like it. Tall buildings, diverse culture.
Mercury: And nice dope people who are easy to pickpocket.
Green Haired Girl (Emerald): That's every city.
Mercury: *in a mocking tone* Ooh, Emerald, master thief, please don't take my money. I barely have enough to get by. *Emerald glares at him and walks away* You're no fun.
Scene Change: Tucson's Book Trade
"We see Emerald and Mercury as the 2 walk inside of it. Mercury started to inspect some of the books at Emerald rings the bell on the counter."
Tucson: *said from across the door* Be right there. *walks out holding 2 stacks of books* Welcome to Tucson's Book Trade, home to every book under the sand. How may... *sees Emerald* How may I help you?
Mercury: *said from behind Emerald* Just browsing.
Emerald: Actually, I was wondering, do you have any copies of The Thief and the Butcher?
Tucson: Yes, we do.
Emerald: That's great.
Tucson: Would you like a copy?
Emerald: No, just wondering.
"Mercury shuts the book that he was reading really out as this got Tucson's and Emerald's attention."
Emerald: Oh, what about Violet's Garden in paperback?
Mercury: He's got it, hardback too.
Emerald: Ooh, options are nice.
Mercury: *shuts another book loudly* Eh, no pictures. *to Tucson* Hey do you have any comics?
Tucson: Near the front.
Emerald: Oh, no, wait. What about that third crusade?
Tucson: Uh, um, I-I don't believe we carry that one.
Mercury: Oh.
Emerald: What was this place called again?
Tucson: Tucson's Book Trade?
Emerald: And your Tucson?
Tucson: That's right.
Emerald: So, then, I take it that you're the one who came up with the catchphrase?
Tucson: Yes.
Mercury: And what was it again?
Tucson: *sighs* Tucson's Book Trade, home to every book under the sun.
Mercury: Except the Third crusade.
Tucson: It's just a catchphrase.
Mercury: It's false advertising!
Emerald: You shouldn't make a promise you can't keep, Tucson. *Mercury turns off the lights in the shop* I hear that you're planning on leaving. Moving all the way to Vacuo. Your brother's in the White Fang wouldn't be happy hear that. And neither are we. You know why we are, don't you?
Tucson: Yes.
Emerald: And you know why we're here?
Tucson: Yes.
Emerald: So, are you going to fight back?
Tucson: Yes! *makes his claws appear*
"Tucson then jumps on top of the counter as he tried to slash at Emerald, but she dodges it and Mercury kicks him."
Scene Change: Tucson's Book Trade, Outside
"We see Emerald and Mercury as they exited out of the shop as Mercury was carrying a comic book that he was reading."
Emerald: *stretches, then looks at Mercury* What's with that?
Mercury: *shrugs* Eh, I like the pictures.
