The flashback ended in last part and now the things have started with four years leap from the flashback

At California
Manik came at a cafe. He saw a girl and got surprised. He went to the girl
Manik: Hey Soha kesi ho
(Soha is Aryaman's cousin)
Soha sees Manik and got surpised
Soha: Manik bhaiya aap yaha, what a surprise.
Manik: Hey tum yaha kese
Soha: Main bas yaha internship k liye aayi thi
Manik: Ohh wow. Vese waha sab kese hai uncle aunty
Soha: Dono bilkul theek hai
Manik (little nervous): Aur Aru, Niharika
Soha's eyes went teary. Manik saw this and was shocked
Soha (teary): Aapne ek baar bhi humse baat krne ki koshish kyu nhi ki bhaiya. Niharika Bhabhi 4 saal pehle car se jaa rhi thi aur unka accident ho gya and she died. Aryaman bhai puri tarah tut chuke the. Unhe aapki sabse zyada zaroorat thi uss wakt bhaiya. Wo aaj tak ro nhi paaye hai Niharika bhabhi ki death ke liye. Wo bahut akele ho gye hai. Bolte bhi nhi ab zyada, na theek se khana khate hai. Saara time apne business me lage rehte hai bas.
Manik was cursing himself after listening this. He was angry with himself for leaving everything like this. Aryaman was always there for him when he use to cry for his mother and here he was not there for Aryaman when he needed him the most.

Manik nods to Soha. Soha smiles a little

Manik leaves from there to his house and calls Aryaman as he wanted to hear his voice. Aryaman sees the unknown number and picks the call
Aryaman: Hello
Manik didn't said a word
Aryaman: Mani
Manik gets light tears hearing his name from Aryaman's mouth after 4 years. Suddenly Mukti came there and takes the phone from Aryaman and speaks
Mukti: hey I am sorry for this. Actually humara dost koi bhi unknown number dekta hai toh usse lagta hai humare dost Manik ka hai. Wo kaafi time se wait kr rha hai Manik ke call ka. Sorry for this
Manik cries more listening this. He just cuts the call and cries thinking about his beautiful moments with Aryaman
Manik just packs his bags and leaves to go back to India.
Next Day
At Resort (Cabir booked a resort for his and Navya's marriage)
