Chapter 17) The lab (lightning's perspective)

I am now in a truck. And I have a muzzle on.  “UGH!!!!!” I shouted. Humans didn't understand animals! The driver just kept shouting, “Shut up wolf!” I tried to get the muzzle off with my paws but I couldn't. After a while we came to a huge building in the middle of nowhere. There were lots of barking dogs and meowing cats. I was brought into the building and put in a cage. I was chained up so I couldn't get out,  there was a lock on the opening.

A few days later a man came in and grabbed me. He kept saying, “Wolves are not dogs, I want dogs, people buy dogs not wolves!” I wondered why he thought people wanted dogs more than wolves. He brought me outside and said, “boss will never know as long as you don't come back.” “never tell, never come back, never go back to the city.” “Run away wolf, RUN!!!!” I ran as fast as I could but never looked back”
