"My sorting day..."
Septembers 1st, 2031
My parents left me in front of the 9 3/4 wall, the gate to the hiding train station 9 3/4 Hogwarts Express, I had my belongings and my pet, George, my black feathered owl, he is my best friend. I looked right at the wall, while being all nervous and even scared at some points. But my parents walked up to me and said.
"Hey Mei-Mei.. Don't worry, everything will be alright, just go in through that wall." Said her father with a very nice and calming voice.
"Yeah, your father is correct, besides you will see us on Christmas and Summer Vacations." Said her mother while giving her daughter a big smile.
"Alright, I'll go." Mei said it with a brave look in her eyes, and soon she walked through the wall of 9 3/4 gate and got amazed by the beautiful hiding train station called Hogwarts Express 9 3/4, she looked at the other kids with there pets, some had owls, some had frogs and some had spiders, which it made her a bit uncomfortable considering she is afraid of spiders, but she then guide herself to the entrance door of the train with her one-way ticket from London to Hogwarts and even tho she wasn't born in London, but in China, she was moved into London with her parents because of the wizarding school she wanted to be in, her parents loved her daughter so much, they wanted for her to get best of studies, and what best if not Hogwarts it self.
She then enter the train and walked passing by the compartment seats until she find one empty, well, almost empty, there was a luggage inside on the top shelfs of the seats. She didn't took much interest in that and proceeded to just settle down and organize her belongings in the top shelfs as well. When she was done, a girl walked in the compartment, it was a beautiful black girl with a spontaneous medium afro, on top of her shoulders, her eyes, deep chestnut brown and unforgettable freckles which they were noticeable by far, I looked at the luggage thinking it was hers, but I wasn't sure if I was correct or not, so I asked.
"Is that luggage yours?" I asked with a curious look on my face.
"Well, yes, it is mine, hello there, my name is Beth, Bethalie Krause." She gave her hand to Mei as greeting gesture.
"Oh, mine is Mei-Ling, Wong Mei-Ling" As she said her name stood up, did a slightly bow and went back to her standing position, she then looked at the curly hair girl and smiled at her kindly, but soon she looked at her with confused look over the hand gesture.
Bethalie looked at her rather surprised over Mei's actions and then ask politely.
"Are you Asian?" She smiled nervously at Mei and so Mei asked politely as well almost at same time as Bethalie asked.
"Are you England?" She smiled at her, confused ones more.
They both laughed together, and then proceeded to answered each others questions.
"Well, yes, I'm Asian, to be exact, I'm Chinese." Said Mei-Ling with a calm look on her face.
"So I was correct, wish I could say same thing about you, because I'm not England, I'm German, I was born there" Bethalie said while giggling softly.
"Wow, that sounds amazing!" She said with a spark of delight in her eyes.
"You too sound amazing" She looked at Mei kindly.
A few hours later, they got to Hogwarts, the wizarding and magic school, almost all students were very excited to go inside and see the castle, we had to left our belongings in the beginning of the castle, and so all the students did so, but a girl who was trying to give something to her pet, the pet started running but Mei help the girl and catch the pet, which to her surprise when she notice, she stood petrified knowing it was a tarantula, and the girl laugh and said.
