"I guess It's time to go home." I was sitting with my bags beside me in the back of an empty bus, well if you don't count the bus driver. The bus smelled bad and it was very dirty, but I guess that's because this is a tourist bus, I mean many people use this bus and just trow their trashes around because it's not like they should care, it's not their problem.
I had been looking for my mother for 3 years, ever since I was 18. She disappeared after naming me, leaving me alone with my dad in Gravity Falls with all the people that were at least crazy in someway, or just stupid. I've heard a lot about my mother from dad, he said she was one of the only sane people in town. Even tought she was sane there was something mysterious about her, like she was hiding a secret.
I was 10 years when I last saw my mother. I didn't see her clearly because it was raining hard and she had a cloack on her. She left as fast as she came, but before that she left a carridge in front of our door. When me and dad went to check what was inside, we saw a little girl.
My little sister.
There was a note attached to her baby blue blanket. It said "Her name is Lily. I saved her after she lost her parents, but I can't take care of her, so (y/n), please take care of her. I know it's a lot asked, but your all she has now.
with love
-mom"
Ever since then I took care of her like she was my little sister. She grew up fast to be a cute little girl. She was very bubbly, happy and curious. I loved her, she was one of the people I loved the most. Everything was perfect, untill my best friend took Lily and disappeared about two months before I left to look for mom. I still held grudge against him.
Bill Cipher.
Yes, my best friend was a triangle dream demon. It's weird, but he was always when I needed him. He was also funny and caring on the inside. No one knew that we were best friends, or that we even knew each others. I was the only person whos mind he couldn't read or mess with. I don't know why he took Lily, but I know I'm gonna find Bill and get my lil' sister back,
No matter what.
The bus stopped and I fell off the seat with my bags. "This is your stop miss." I got up and and brushed my self off before picking up my bags and getting out of this dirty dump people call a bus.
I looked around and pretty much nothing has changed since I left. The bus had droped me before mystery shack, the old place I could never forget. The letter "s" wasn't in it's place, which wasn't a surprise, it never stays in it's place.
I put my backbag on my back and held my other bag in my hand while walking towards the shack. Suddenly two young kids came running and laughing from the back of the shack. They both had same brown hair and same features. The other one was a girl and the other one was a boy, and I guess they are siblings, maybe twins even. The girl noticed me and ran towards me with a silly smile on her face. The boy ran after her and now they both were in front of me, panting from running.
"Hi, I'm Mabel and this is my twin bro Dipper. You must be new, I haven't seen you around."
The girl held out her hand with the smile never leaving her face, actualy it just grew wider. I laughed and took Mabels hand shaking it gently, same with Dipper. " Actualy, I lived here for 18 years."
Mabel and Dippers eyes grew wider, well, Mabels mostly. "Really? How old are you by the way?" Mabel asked with what seemed like stars shining in her eyes.
I laughed again and started walking with them to the shack. "I'm 21."
Dipper looked at me and asked my name, which I forgot to tell them.
"Oh! Sorry, I'm (y/n), (y/n) Pines."
Mabel and Dipper stoped and looked at me in shock with their jaws hanging down low. I also stoped and looked at them with a questioning look.
"What?.."
.
.
.
"D-did y-you just say P-Pines?" Dipper asked.
"Um.. Yea? So?" I raised my other eyebrow as Mabel and Dipper closed their mouths. Mabel stepped closer to me and looked up at me. "We have the same surname..."
'Wait what?'
"Really? Well I sure didn't expect that." Mabel started jumping around and then hugged me. "Maybe you're our older sister we never knew about! Or cousin, Or-MMHP" Dipper held his hand against Mabels mouth so she couldn't keep ranting about me being their secret relative they were never told about.
"Geez, calm down Mabel. I'm probably just a far away relative."
I heard the front door open and tears spilled from my eyes from what I saw.
"What's all this yelling about? You kids better be more qu- (y/n)?!"
Dipper looked between me and and the person that just came out, with his eyebrow raised. "You know her Stan?"
Stan walked closer with a grin on his face and I think I saw his eyes water. "Know? Ofcourse I know my own daughter!"
Now Mabels and Dippers jaws hit the floor. I dropped the bag I was holding and ran to hug my dad I haven't seen in many years with more tears of happines running down my face.
"Your DAUGHTER?!" Dipper yelled with his voice slightly cracking, probably because of puberty. Stan hugged me back as tightly as I did to him. We parted and Stan placed his hands on my shoulders. "Yep. My own beautiful daughter. Kid you've grown so much since I last saw you three years ago."
I smirked and went to pick up the bag I dropped but Dipper handed it to me, which I thanked him for. "So if Stan is your dad, then you.... our dads cousin!" Mabel yelled starting to jump around again.
"Did you find her?" I looked down thinking how I could Stans question. "I...I did. She told me she left to keep us safe.." I said looking at my dad with a serious look on my face.
Stan looked confused and raised his eyebrows a little. "Keep us safe? What does she mean by that?" Dipper and Mabel looked at each other with confused expressions.
"I'm not sure. She said something about someone being after her, but then she disappeared again before I could ask her anything."
Dipper stepped closer and looked at me, then Stan and then back to me. "Um..Who do you mean by she?" Mabel stood beside us looking between me and Stan too. "Yea! And what happened to her? Why were you trying to find her? Wha-"
"Too much questions! One, by "she" we mean my mother. Two, she left about 21 years ago after naming me. Three, I wanted to know why she left us."
"Oh, okay." The twins said at the same time.
Time skip
Stan had given me the room in the warehouse since Dipper and Mabel lived in my old room. After I settled down Lilys old friend walked in the shack where Mabel and Dipper were just messing around. Dipper and Mabel stopped and stared at the blonde girl. "Pacifica, what are you doing here." Pacifica walked towards them and stopped right before them. "I heard (y/n) came back."
Dipper and Mabel looked at each others then back to Pacifica. "How do you know her?" Dipper asked her with a suspisious look. "She's my best friends sister..."
"She has a sister?" The twins asked in union.
At this point I walked in to the room where I saw Pacifica. "Pacifica?" Pacifica ran to hug me when she saw me. "I missed you.." Pacificas voice was muffled because she had buried her face in my shirt.
"What is going on?.." Dipper said before his jaw joined his twins hanging towards the floor.
