(Featuring: Sapnap third wheel? No way!)
POV: 3rd person

Sapnap and George were sitting on the couch, idly watching tv and chatting. "When is he meant to be back? It feels as though it's been ages!" George whined impatiently. Sapnap snickered, wiggling his eyebrows teasingly at George as he replied. "Somebody's clingy. He's only going to the pharmacy. He'll be back soon enough." George went red and it only made Sapnap laugh again, and even harder. "You are such an idiot." George commented under his breath a bit stiffly. Sapnap snickered again, but went silent as a quiet dinging noise could be heard.

George raised his eyebrows at Sapnap, but rolled his eyes when he saw the cause. Sapnap grinned at Patches who was now prancing over to them, and gave her a gentle pet when she got close enough. Sapnap slowly picked her up, giggling quietly when she started purring and leaned into him. George snorted, his tone playful when he spoke. "Of all reasons to get excited, I believe you choose the most absurd." Sapnap laughed quietly, petting Patches gently as he responded. "It's hard not to get excited when such an adorable thing gives you attention."

George rolled his eyes, but couldn't help but smile at the two of them. George was going to miss this when he had to go back to the UK. That much he was certain of. Then all of the sudden, a click came from the front door. Sapnap, George's, and even Patches's head turned in that direction. Dream stepped into the house a moment later, a small cvs bag in hand. He locked the door, calling over his shoulder "I'm home!"

Patches jumped off Sapnap's lap, racing towards Dream. "Hey there pretty lady," he cooed, giving patches a scratch. Sapnap jumped up a moment later, and George just gave a wave and soft "hello." Sapnap walked over to Dream, pulling him into a tight hug before he could react. "I missed you too, Mr Clingy." Dream teased. Sapnap seemed unbothered, and instead whispered something in his ear that George could not hear. "I think George is a little soft for you, if you know what I mean."

Dream rolled his eyes, returning the hug and forcing a convincing laugh to conceal their interaction. "What's so amusing?" George asked curiously, and Dream shrugged as he and Sapnap broke away from the hug. "Just Sapnap being Sapnap," he shrugged. George nodded, although he appeared mostly unconvinced. "Well," the brunette began, "welcome back." Dream laughed softly, nodding in appreciation and sitting next to George. "Hey, I was sitting there!" Sapnap started, "Well, it's my spot now sucker." Dream replied playfully. Sapnap heaved a sigh and sat next to Dream, and George went red. Unable to ignore how he felt trapped between the edge of the couch and Dream.

"Do anything fun while I was away?" Dream said, a teasing glint in his eye. George went red, muttering under his breath, "Why must you always phrase things that way?" Dream chuckled, turning to look at Sapnap as he replied with the same tone, "No. I wish." Dream wheezed, turning into a human teakettle. Meanwhile, George went even more red, and blurted out rather quickly, "I'll be right back." He stood up without giving the others a chance to reply, and headed down the hall which lead to the main bathroom and all their rooms. "Oh, okay" Sapnap had replied, while Dream on the other hand watched him leave.

George entered the bathroom, sliding into the closet and through a door hidden behind loads of towels and soaps. Through the door, it led to his bedroom. It was a path only he and Dream knew about, although as far as George was concerned, he was the only one aware of its existence. George laid down onto his bed, curling into a ball and taking a few deep breaths. This wasn't the first time this had happened. Many times, he would get extremely overwhelmed and have these sort of attacks. He usually would sneak off into his room until they stopped, then move on through his day as if nothing happened. But this time it was different. The idea of being so close to Dream and... touching him, created a new kind of sensation. George couldn't explain it, but that new feeling alone was what scared him into his room.
