Chapter 13

~Troye's POV~

I wake up surrounded in used tissues. All the memories come back to me all at once and I want to cry again. I'm not very tired even though I only got around an hour of sleep. All I want to do is cry. I hear my name being called for breakfast so i threw some clothes on and made sure I looked half presentable. I get to the table and see everyone there waiting.

"I thought you'd never get up!" Jackie says when she notices my presence. I say nothing and sit down in the empty chair across from Tyler. Might I add that he is wearing a tight button up with the first two buttons undone and super tight skinny jeans that I know will show off his ass nicely. Studying his face, he also looks slightly off but I can't put my finger on why. After we all start eating, Jackie makes a comment about me being so quiet. "Troye, honey. Is this about that boy you were talking about?" I look down at my plate suddenly finding it very interesting. She's not even my mother and she knows me this well and it kind of scares me. Still looking down, I nod my head slightly. She gets up and wraps her warm arms around me. I haven't felt this safe in someone's arms for so long. It makes it worse that it's Tyler's mom's arms. I guess this is the closest I will ever get to cuddling with my Tilly again.

At that thought, a tear runs down my cheek. Suddenly she lets go of me, grabs her chair and sits next to me grabbing my hands. "What happened sweetheart?" "There's this boy. I love him a lot. However when we were together, it was a forbidden love. We were super happy until my ex, Joey came along and swooped me right off my feet again. I should have known better. While I was with that shit head, the boy I love found a new boyfriend. Shortly after I broke up with Joey and asked him to be my boyfriend again. He said that he couldn't leave the boy he was with because they care about each other. God I miss him so much!" By the end I was hysterical. I found myself back in Jackie's arms and never wanted to let go. I hear a chair move against the floor and look up expecting Sage, Tyde (who was visiting for the weekend) or even Shaun coming to give some support but instead see Tyler. I get my hopes up thinking he's coming over here, but no. He walks right passed me trying to hide his face. However I saw a couple tears streaming down his face. This of course makes me cry harder. Tyde runs after him and I can hear him frantically knocking at Ty's door.

After about an hour I stop sobbing and thank Jackie and the others. I head up to my room and notice that Tyde is still in Tyler's room. They never really talked before until now. Last night He invited me to go school supply shopping with him and Shane. I really didn't want to but I need to go some time. I want to be able to be around him without crying so this is a good start I guess. I head to Tyler's room and go to knock. My hand freezes when I hear Tyler's voice. "I miss him so much! He came in here last night and kissed me and it took everything in me not to take him back right then and there!" Next i hear Tyde's."Why didn't you?" He is silent before whispering, "I don't want to get hurt again.." I slowly back away from his door and head back to my room. I have a plan. I need him to realize that I love him and that I'll never leave him again. Let's just say by the end of this Tilly will be mine again... I hope.

~Tyde's POV~

As soon as Tyler ran upstairs, I followed him. I know that Troye's my brother, but everyone is paying attention to him. I go up there and knock repetitively until he opened the door. As soon as he did, he fell into me crying. I lead him to the bed and sat him down. He explained to me how he was the boy Troye was talking about. At first I found it weird how they got together even though they are soon to be stepbrothers but after we ltalk for about an hour, I realize how much they love each other. "I miss him so much! He came in here last night and kissed me and it took everything in me not to take him back right then and there!" I then asked the only question on my mind at that point. "Then why didn't you?" After a little, he whispers a reply that breaks my heart. "I don't want to get hurt again.." After he says the last word he collapses into me again. Eventually he falls asleep and I cover him and turn out the light before leaving quietly.

I head into Troye's room and don't even bother knocking. I'm confused at what I see. Instead of curled up crying as I expected, he is at his desk writing frantically. "Uh Troye? Whatcha doing?" He still doesn't look up so I go and put a hand on his shoulder and he jumps. "Oh hi Tyde!" "What the hell has gotten into you?" He points at his confusing papers and replies with "I have a plan! I'm gonna get my boyfriend back!" I sit down beside him. "Tyler told me everything. I know about you two by the way." "Great even better! So here's my plan!"

~Shaun's POV~

Jackie and I just finished cleaning up the kitchen and are currently sitting down at the table with a mug of coffee each. "So.. About this morning, what the hell was that?" I ask. "I understand what Troye is going through but I don't know what is going on with Ty." After a few minutes of silence, I almost spit out my coffee. "Wait! I think I know what's going on!" I whisper yell incase any of the kids are listening. Jackie nods her head to say 'go on' "What if Tyler was the boy Troye was talking about?! Think about it. They spent a load of time together after Troye and Joey broke up and when they got back together, they stopped hanging out. Also Tyler got a boyfriend shortly after and is still dating Shane! Awww they would be so cuteeeeeee" I gush. I look up and see Jackie's shocked face. "Shaun your being ridiculous. They wouldn't ever do that. They are stepbrothers after all." After that it got quiet. Maybe she's right but they would be so cute together!
