Jackson left a few minutes ago, I really got to know him in the past 2 days. Meaning his problems with his family, his mom died, his dad is abusive, his uncle hates him, his aunt actually likes him. I somewhat felt bad, but at the same time felt happy that I wasn't alone, that I wasn't the only one with a broken past.
I still hadn't told him about my parents, my story, I'm just scared that he will use it against me like the others.
But he isn't like the others.
I started getting control over my mind, finally, I noticed that when I am with him, the voices stop. So when they start getting out of control, I start thinking of him. All that therapy for nothing when I could seriously just help myself. Speaking of Jackson, I decided to call him, make sure he is okay.
I dial his number and wait a good 10 seconds for him to pick up.
Hello
Hey, did you get home alright
I didn't go home, I'm with a few friends right now
Oh sorry, I'll let you go
No it's fine, Fiona, I'll call you later though, okay
Okay, have fun
Thanks mom
Bye
Bye
And with that, he hung up. Lana said she'd come over soon, so I decided to clean up, I get my CDs fro the shelf and look through. I end up picking the new Ed Sheeran album I just got and decided to play it loudly, number one, because the apartment is sound proof, number two, Lana has a key.
....
"Stop dancing, classified information must be given to you! I brought Cara, too!" I hear and my music pauses.
"Come on, that was my song." I complain.
"Well, Nina, can wait. Sit your ass down." Cara says and sits on my counter in the kitchen.
"Okay, what is so important that I have to sit down?" I sit in my chair and Lana leans against the sink with her arms crossed.
"Well, Eve, you know how she has been all quiet lately..." Cara waits for me to give an answer so I just nod.
"She has been texting buddies with Sidney ever since July!" she practically shouts.
"What?!" I jump out my seat.
"So I think we should keep our mouthes shut around her, because somehow Sidney knows that I used to be lesbian." Lana looks down, she used to be lesbian until she noticed she also had feelings for boys, but when she started dating a boy..for the first time, she realised she didn't like girls anymore.
"Oh my God." Cara covers her mouth and we both give her a hug.
"I think Eve told her because I know you guys don't talk to that bitch." Lana sighs.
"How did you find out?" I curiously ask.
"Actually, Rose did. Then she told me." Lana informed us.
"Where is Rose, anyway?" Cara asks.
"She has a family dinner to go to." I tell them.
"What are we going to do though? She can't tell Sidney all of what we trusted her with!" Lana panics.
"Let's call Jacob." I suggest.
"Why?" They ask in unison.
"Tomorrow we have school. Jacob is sneaky, so we can tell him,", I look their attentive faces," and see if he can pick pocket her phone. I know her password, too."
