Random Headcannons: Dating Park Hae-soo

You two met on a rainy day

It was a cold rainy day. You did the mistake of forgetting to bring your umbrella, when you were on your way to the store, so you were getting soaked immediately.

"Only day where I thought it was a good day to not bring my umbrella." You shivered out. All of a sudden the rain stopped falling on you. You looked up to see an umbrella above you and the person holding the umbrella behind you was a young man in a button down shirt and dress pants.

"Oh, thank you." You said. The man smiled.

"Forgot your umbrella huh?" The man asked as he handed you his umbrella. You nodded your head.

"No worries, you can borrow mine." The man offered.

"But how will I return it to you?" You asked.

"I'll be back here tomorrow." The man assured. You nodded your head as the man walked off.

"Wait!" You called out causing the man to hault and turn to you.

"May I please have the name of the gentleman who gave me his umbrella?" You asked. The man smiled.

"Hae-soo." The man replied. "Park Hae-soo."

"Y/N." You replied as you walked off.

You two had a picnic as a date

Cut to the very next day, it was a very nice and sunny day. You came back to the store to find Hae-soo, the man who gave you his umbrella the other day. You found him by the entrance of the store and saw that he was holding a picnic basket and a blanket.

"Hey, I got your umbrella as promised." You announced. Hae-soo smiled as he held the basket up.

"And I have another offering for you." Hae-soo replied. You cocked an eyebrow.

"Is this a date?" You boldly asked.

"That depends, do you want it to be a date?" Hae-soo asked.

"Alright, I'll go with you only because I haven't eaten yet." You replied making Hae-soo chuckle.

You two walked to a hill where there was a cherry blossom tree on the very top. Hae-soo set the blanket down and patted the surface, signaling you to sit down.

"This is nice." You said.

"Glad you like it." Hae-soo replied as he sat down next to you. During the date, you two were munching on some grapes. Hae-soo decided to be silly so he began to tease you with the grapes by dangling them above you while you try to take a bite out of one. You playfully tackled him and got on top of him as he laughed.

"Aren't we being a bit too forward?" Hae-soo asked making you blush and get off him.

"Stop!" You squeaked out. Hae-soo chuckled as he sat up.

"You're cute when you blush." Hae-soo commented.

"Shut up and feed me the rest of the grapes." You playfully ordered.

He asked you to be his when he was acting for Squid Game

Hae-soo wanted to have you come to the studio to watch him rehearse for the well known k-drama, Squid Game. You watched him rehearse episode 3; The Man With The Umbrella where they had the sugar honeycombs. After the director yelled out "Cut" , he looked at you and smirked. Hae-soo made his way towards you holding a little silver canister which contained a sugar honeycomb. You opened it to see a sugar honeycomb with a heart shape in the middle. That did surprise you because all the other sugar honeycombs you've seen were in the shapes of a star, a circle, a triangle, or an umbrella so this one was made specifically for you.

"What's with the heart shaped one?" You asked.

"Because when I look at you, you fill my heart with sugar." Hae-soo replied. You giggled.

"That is so cheesy." You commented.

"But you love it." Hae-soo replied as he grabbed your hand and kissed it.

"Admittedly yes I do." You confessed.

"So...will that be a yes...to this relationship I mean?" Hae-soo asked. You pecked his forehead.

"It's a hell yes." You replied as he pulled you into a bone crushing hug while everyone around you clapped.

"They're beautiful!" One of the main actors, Lee Jung Jae, cried out.

You two winded up being one happy family

As time went by, Hae-soo finally popped the question. When y'all had your son, everyone kept calling him "Baby Squid" since he was born around the time Squid Game became a huge hit. It was funny because your son will question one day on why everyone calls him "Baby Squid".
