We all clap our hands when Lileia cut the green ribbon.
"Short message, Miss Ezra Renaldi before we proceed to the tree planting." Binigay nya ang lapel kay Lileia.
"I'm very honored to see new faces of volunteers for our annual gathering for the earth. The mother earth will be happy for this event. I humbly apologize for the delay of this event. And i want to thank the sponsors and new people who extend their 500 Lunarian and registered to our official website and for those who donate for the project PUNOin. It maybe too much to ask but please, keep on supporting this project for our land. It's been a long since I created this advocacy and i will never stop. I would like to thank our volunteers from the land of Sibol at Agrarian. Thank you Sir, Maam for welcoming us to your land. And also to King Lucian Fengari who allow as to enter the promising mountain of Maharlika. We have a long trail of the mountain and i want you to cherish every breath we take today. This is the gift of the trees we plant, protect and maintain. A clean air for the people. Again I want to thank all of you! On behalf of the family of Renaldi, our hearts lift with joy for all the people who support and attend to this Advocacy! Mabuhay po kayo." She bow to us with a smile in her face.
My Lileia is so happy.
Habang nag hahanda ng mga tree seedlings ay si Lileia mismo ang nagtanggal ng ribbon sa pagkakatali sa puno ay nilagay sa basurahan. Lumapit ako sa kanya.
"Lets put bandage to you right foot, Dummy." I told her while holding the bandage for her.
"Nalagyan na ni Kuya pero parang ang luwag kasi. Can you make it tighter, Baste." Tumango ako. Inakay ko sya sa may pickup. Na may lamang molave seedlings.
Binaba ko ang hamba ng pick up at pinilit syang umupo doon.
"Ang dami nila. Nakakatuwa Baste. Sana kada taon ay ganito. Parami ng parami ang mga taong nakikiisa sa advocacy natin na mag tanim ng puno." Timanggal ang ang sapatos nya at tinangal ang pagkakabalot ng bandage. Marahan kong hinaplos ang peklat na natamo nya noong nabangga sya. Mabilis naman iyong nag hilom dahil sa makabagong medication ng hospital.
"Nakausap ko si Doctor Hernandez. Ang sabi nya ay naging family day nila ang iyong event." Nakangiti kong saad.
"Oo nga oh! Look at their children! Ang liliksi." Natatawa nyang sabi.
"Aray! Mahigpit masyado, Baste."
"Sorry. Is this enough?" Tumunghay ako at tiningan sya na nakatingin sa malayo. Tumango sya kaya pinagpaguloy ko ang pag aayos ng kanyang bandage.
Kasabay ng pag baba ni Lileia ay ang pag kuha nila ng seedlings sa likod ng pick up. Pati ang mga pulis na ni request namin na mag bantay at umalalay ay nag dala na rin ng seedling.
Sumama kami sa pag tropa namin.
"Yow!! Sinuot ngaaa! Maganda ba?"
"Yes!! I like it!! Thanks guys!" Napangiti ang tropa namin. Suot ni Lileia ang tshirt na pinagawa nina Renan as birthday gift.
May naka imprint na OXYGEN sa ilalim noon ang phrase na 'Don't wait for the time that you need to pay for it.'
Sa likod na batok ang personal logo ng Lileia na pinakuha pa sa akin ni Benjamin sa ipad nya.
Nagsimula kaming mag lakad papunta sa paanan ng bundok.
Kanya kanyang buhat ng mga seedlings.
"Ano iyong Seedling na dala ni Kuya Axel." Tanong ko. May dalang syang seedling na may pangbihirang itsura.
Mataas na rin iyon at malaki.
"That seedling is Ate Gwen's Ashes." Napatigil ako sa sinabi ni Lileia.
