Like you do as you consume something you don't like.
Spit it out.
Like the mix of saliva & toothpaste in your mouth when you brush your teeth.
But what if i enjoy the stingy bitterness feeling it gives me when i keep it in?
Maybe i like the pain of keeping it to myself.
Maybe it's better to keep it to myself.
But what if.
Opening up and finally letting go of that yucky warm taste of my own words being kept on my tounge for too long.
To get some air.
Just.
Spit it out.
