I was walking through my former village looking at the remains of my once proud and kind race now nothing more but ash and rubble. My heart sank remembering the fun times I had playing with the other Nekomata learning how to use my skills and unlocking the mystics arts from the elders but now those moments are gone but I still held on to them within my heart.
"I'm sorry I wasn't strong enough to protect you if I wasn't off training far away from the village I would have." I said before I felt a gentle brush of the wind on my face like if sprits of the nekomata where listing.
"It's a shame really." A voice said making me turn around to see Yasaka in her yellow kimono that made me think how come she doesn't have a wardrobe malfunction every five seconds?

"It's been to long Taiga." Yasaka said
"Yes it is." I said looking at her then back to the remains of a tent that belong to one of the village healers.
"I'm sorry for your lost Taiga if only I was there to help." Yasaka said walking over to me.
"It's okay Yasaka long as I have them in my heart their not really gone." I said before she pulled me into a hug pressing my head against her large breast which where soft like pillows. How do I know Yasaka you ask? Well I use to visit the yōkai village from time to time when I was younger playing with the other yōkai and Yasaka's daughter Kunou having wild adventures and sometime getting into trouble safe to say they were like family to me. So in other words Yasaka was like my aunt and Kunou was like my cousin or something like that.
"Say would you like to come back home with me?" Yasaka asked
"Do you want to rephrase that?" I asked while she laughed lightly at my question.
"You know what I meant silly now lets go I bet Kunou wants to see you." Yasaka said.
"I haven't seen her in a long time perhaps it be nice to see her again." I said before we walked away from the village but I looked back one last time before I followed Yasaka. It didn't take us long to get to the Yokai village. Once there the guards bowed and lets walked in. The village was just as I remember it busy and full of life. We passed several other Yokai as they stopped and bowed before they went back to do their own thing. Yasaka and I walked down the road until we got to her place where Kunou was waiting for us along with two tengu's behind her.
