Journey P.O.V

I'm in my first class on my phone scrolling down instagram.

"Excuse me Journey, you need to put your phone away." He said.

"No I'm good." I said to him.

"Journey please go to the principals office since you don't want to cooperate, because I have a problem with your attitude. " He said

"Well I have a problem with your gay ass attitude but am I complaining, no I'm not so leave me the fuck alone." I said

The whole class started laughing but I was pissed.

"Journey got to the office right now before I - "

" Before you what, cause just because you a teacher don't mean I won't beat your ass." I said cutting him off.

I turned around to walk out, but the security guard put me in handcuffs and took me to the front office. I sat in the chair and waited for the principal to tell me to come to his office. He eventually came out and told me to come in.

"Journey I'm getting sick and tired of you and hour sister constantly getting in trouble." He said.

"We tired of you, you tired of us, we tired of each other. " I said to him.

"Why are you so disrespectful. "He said.

"I'm only disrespectful to people who disrespectful to me or I just don't like" . I said back

" Just watch or next or I'll suspend you ." He said.

"Yeah aight." I said as I got up and went to my next class.

I was on my way to gym class. I have this class with Jordan. I walked to the locker room and put on my gym clothes. I was a little late so I was the only one still in their.

I walked in the gym and went to sit next to my sister.

"Hey sissypop." She said.

"Hey." I said

"Why was you late to class." She said.

"I was in the principal's office for going off on a teacher." I said to her.

She just shook her head and waited for the teacher to come in.

After school

I just got home from school and my mom should be getting off any minute now.

"Hey babies." She said as she came through the door.

"Hey momma." Me and Jordan said in unison.

"Listen, there's something I need to tell you. " She said nervously.

"Umm...okay." I said.

"Well we're gonna be moving to California. " She said.

"Moving where, Oh hell no I'm not going no where." Jordan said.

" You better watch your mouth and you gone go where I say unless you wanna stay here and live with no lights, no water, no gas, no nothing. ." She said angrily.

"Fine." We both said.

"You better start packing cause were moving this weekend." She said.

"This weekend." I said.

"Yes, my job is moving is down their fast because my boss said he needed more workers in his California office and its urgent." She said.

We just sat their quietly. Were moving tomorrow because tomorrow's the weekend. Good news is we don't have to go back to that school tomorrow or ever.
