Chapter 8

Journey P.O.V

Nae and I have became really good friends. She invited me to the movies with her and were here now. We walked over to the concession stand. I bought popcorn and she bought candy. We.went into the theatre and picked our seats.There was previews on so we were both on our phones until the movie came on. It was a scary movie, which I hate.

Once the movie was over we went to a restaurant to eat and then I dropped her off at home. When I got there Jordan was in the kitchen.

"Hey." I said to her. She turned around to face me. "Hey where were you?" She asked me.

"I went to the movies with friend. " I told her. "Was it with Jacob?" She asked me with a smirk making me blush at his name.

"No, it was my friend Nae. She's knew at the school too so we got along pretty fast." I said. She turned around to finish whatever she was doing.I went upstairs to my room and took a shower.

I got out of the shower and put on Nike shorts with a Nike t shirt. I got into bed and texted Jacob. We had made' us' an official relationship.

Journey: Hey baby

Jacob: Wssp bad wyd?

I blushed at him calling me bae. The little things He do is what makes me like him so much.

Journey: Nothing really, I just got home

Jacob: From where

Journey: I went to the movies with a friend.

Jacob: Well I have to go But I'll see you tomorrow

Journey: ok goodnight

I haven't told Jordan about me and Jacob yet. I promised her I would take it slow with him and were already together. She might not care, but I just don't know how she would feel about it.

I turned off my lamp, and put my phone away. I laid in my bed until I drifted off.

Jordan P.O.V

When I got to school today I went to my locker. I still wasn't talking to Messiah. When I turned around to go to class I saw Messiah kissing another girl. I have to admit that hurt. Even though we aren't together, I still get jealous. When they broke apart from their kiss he looked at me. He had a blank expression on his face. I turned away not wanting to look anymore and went to class. The worst part was we had this class together and he sat right next to me. When the bell rang, I just put my head down so he wouldn't see me.

"Jordan, head up." The teacher said to me. I sat up not looking at Messiah.

"Today we will be working with your shoulder partners on this packet. " The teacher said while holding up a huge packet. Of course I had to work with Messiah while we were fighting.

" As you can see the packet is pretty big. Were going to be doing this for this whole week to review for out test next week." The teacher added. I have to work with Messiah for an entire week. The teacher started passing out the packets. When I got my packet I turned to Messiah who was looking away from me.

"You do the even numbers, and I'll do the odds. Then we can swap answers and check them." I said to him. He turned to face me. "Fine." He simply said but with an attitude.

"Do you not want to do it that way?" I asked him. He just looked at me. " I said fine. " He said kind of harsh.

" Okay Messiah, whatever." I said getting angry. I didn't understand why he has an attitude with me. I mean we aren't talking but I didn't do anything to him today. If anything I should be mad. He was the one kissing that hoe.
