Rose felt sad after not being able to get the call to come though fine enough for her to hear everything she knew she may have just missed an important rescue call so she did the one thing she didn't want to do and went down the lift and sat in front of Ryders and Katie's room. She questioned herself for abit before slowly opening the door only to see Katie already awake in the chair breastfeeding there baby.
Rose: oh Katie your awake?
Katie jumped abit when she heard Roses voice.
Katie: oh god Rose you scared the daylights out of me is something wrong?
Rose: sorry about that didn't know you would be up and yeah I need Ryder.
Ryder just walked out of the bathroom "what's wrong Rose?"
Rose looked at him kinda sad "A rescue call came in about 30 minutes ago and I could bearly make out what the person was saying and I tried to fix it but couldn't before it ended but I could make out help and city".
Ryder walked over and patted Roses on the head "hey it's ok let's go up and replay the call and I will see what I can do about it ok don't beat yourself up because of it there are many reasons why it could be I will be back soon Katie".
Katie smiled and nodded at Ryder as he walked out with Rose and went up to the control room and as he walked out he smiled seeing Wendy fast asleep on the floor. Ryder and Rose both went to the call screen and he pulled up the call and replayed it as he did he was shocked at how bad the signal was.
Ryder: wow holy shit how can it be this bad mmmmm let's have a look.
Rose sat and watched as Ryder played around with some advanced settings on the computer and soon stopped.
Ryder: I see it's not our end it's fully there end but I cleared it up abit more so let's see.
??: help...........Adventure city............water everywhere..... come please..............
Rose: wow sounds like Adventure city needs help Ryder what should we do?
Ryder looked at the screen then at Rose "we go and help sounds like the city has been flooded or something so could be very very bad but let's see".
Ryder pulled up a image of Adventure city form the satellite in space and what they saw shocked them to the bone and made Ryder hit the big red button for all pups to the tower right away. This button woke everyone up and made Katie worry as she got her dressing down on and went to the top with everyone else the now big team of 11 stood in line as the humans stood behind.
Chase yawned "PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION RYDER SIR!"
Ryder stood in front of everyone looking down and shocked.
Katie: Ry Ryder what's wrong?
Ryder took a deep breath in "everyone we have a very big bad rescue to do" he put the picture up on the screen and everyone's eyes went wide.
Adventure City had been badly flooded with some buildings knocked over and some fully gone there were even bodies visible in the picture.
Chase: w w w w w what?
Zuma: so much water and damage wow.
The younger pups who were new team members and pups of some of the older members were shocked and even scared at the image that was in front of them.
Ryder: as oh right now we will be getting ready for a massive rescue mission to Adventure City i have checked and no one else has been able to get there and offer them help or support we will be the only ones there helping most likely and will be taking the new HQ with us we as a family have been though a lot and not everyone has made it though those hard times but we as a family will go and help Adventure City because that's what we do we help and rescue people we take them form the worst time of there life to a better time everyone go make sure you have everything we leave first light.
Everyone nodded and left to go check things and make sure they had everything ready for what seemed like the biggest mission ever.
Ryder and Rocky got the HQ ready to move Ryder had been spending a lot of time on this project with Rocky helping at times when he wasn't on missions. No one had seen the work Ryder and Rocky had done to it but weirdly enough no one had seen Robo dog or the Air patroller either for a long time.
While everyone went there own way Rose didn't have much to get ready so she went and helped Katie pack stuff for her and the baby.
Katie: thank you so much for your help Rose since Ryder is getting the HQ ready I'm left here all alone with our beautiful daughter so the help is much welcomed.
Rose smiled happily and wagged her tail as Katie talked to her "no problem at all Katie us mothers got to stick together no matter what and we'll you helped me a lot with mine and Zuma's pups when he was out on missions and stuff so thought I would return the favour".
Katie giggled happily as she packed stuff in some bags "your most welcome for all that Rose it was great helping you with them when they were little and besides it kinda got me ready for when mine and Ryders daughter came into this world which thank you for your help during the birth you and your mum were a massive help to me".
Rose: "no problem always happy to help you Katie with anything you need".
Katie: "so you and Zuma thinking of trying for anymore pups"?
Rose giggled and blushed "hehehe we were thinking about it yes I mean one or two more wouldn't hurt and they would have a big brother and sister to look out for them what about you and Ryder did you only want one or you going to try for more"?
Katie: "mmmmm that's a hard question like I would love another one but I'm not sure if Ryder does when Hayley is abit older we may try but only if he wants another baby also".
