the bunny incident

Cheri was still feeling a bit embarrassed about the fact that her and Merlin's faces were just about mere inches apart from kissing

Later...

Cheri's pov

I was just laying on the bed feeling tired and worn out I saw snow white oh pardon me I mean red shoes drawing a really undetailed drawing of her father

I sat up on the bed and stretched "and done" she said "I don't think the king will recognize you like that" I said to her she nodded in agreement

"Yeah papa wouldn't possibly believe that it's me" she said I chuckled and lightly pinched her cheeks "don't worry we'll figure things out" I said

"Ugh..." she tried getting the shoes off "they won't come off" she said "heh do you need help" I said "no I got it" she said

Soon enough she got the shoes off "yeah this is the real me" she said I chuckled and shook my head as she layed on the bed relaxing

Then a knock was heard at the door snow white quickly put on the red shoes I opened the door "would either of you like to join me in a moisturizing face mask" jack said

"No thank you jack I think we're good" I said and closed the door not wanting to hear the last bit "hey is that papa" snow white said as she looked out the window I sighed this is going to be a long night

Merlin's pov

"The book of spells to make you fall in love" I said then saw it on a high shelf "ah there it is" I said and reached for it only to be interrupted by Hans

"Merlin have you seen my cook book" Hans asked "have you checked the kitchen" I said in a calm but slightly frustrated tone

"Oh yes the kitchen silly me" he said as he left I was back in my normal human form again "now where was I" I said as I reached up to the book only to be interrupted again by jack

The book hit my head "hey Merlin have you seen my..." I quickly cut him off "no whatever it is I haven't seen it so please go away" I said annoyed

"Someone has anger management issues" jack said I groaned in frustration as I looked in the mirror "getting a kiss was never a problem with this face" I said

I then saw silhouettes out the window "Cheri, red shoes?" I said as I quickly followed them

Cheri's pov

I was walking close to snow white cause I know what would happen I turned my head for a second and then saw snow white with the giant wooden bunny

Next thing I know lightning shocked it and Merlin was grabbing my hand along with red shoes who was running ahead of us

"You do magic" snow white said "yes I do" he said "why aren't you using your sword" Merlin asked "I do not use it on animals" I said while running

3rd person pov

While they were running Merlin dreamily looks at Cheri carelessly releasing the magic talisman in his hand

"Merlin focus" Cheri said snapping him out of the daze and almost tripping over a giant rock "run don't worry about me don't look back" merlin said

"Sorry longears but I have a couple of ladies to impress" Merlin said "hey over here big giant wooden Bunny" snow white said

"Red shoes, Cheri stop getting yourselves in..." he was landed on by the Bunny "danger" he finished as he was zapped with his own spell

Cheri's pov

He sighed as he just layed there "you seem a bit sullen just laying there" I said Merlin said "why are you...isn't red shoes" he said

"She's fine trust me you need a hand" I said as I offered my hand to him he smiled Slightly and took my hand I pulled him up

"You sure red shoes should be on her own" Merlin said "nah I'm pretty sure she'll be fine but I guess it wouldn't hurt to look for them c'mon" I said dragging him

"You just love to drag people don't you" he said "nah this is nothing you should see me when I'm being serious it's quite scary really" I said

"Oh I guess I wouldn't want to see that" he said then we finally arrived "and where have you two been red shoes would have ended up as rabbit food if I hadn't shown up" Arthur said

I burst out laughing "um...what's funny?" Jack said "you guys do realize that rabbits are herbivores right they only eat plants and vegetables" I said still laughing

All their faces burned with embarrassment blushes on their face "Well I guess we should probably get going to bed" I said

I started walking back with Merlin beside me he looked like he wanted to say something but was too unsure to say it

"Yes Merlin is there something you want to say to me" I said turning to face him "oh well...I um..." he cleared his throat "thank you for coming back for me" he said

"Well there wasn't any way that I was going to leave you alone by yourself" I said he smiled at me "thank you" he said again "no problem" I said

We heard a smacking sound and saw Arthur holding his cheek in pain while merlin was looking I kissed his cheek and walking ahead of him

Merlin's pov

She kissed my cheek I could feel my cheeks go red with blush and I smiled as she walked away humming a merry tune to herself

I went up to Arthur "nice try" I teased and put a hand to my cheek feeling a smile spread across my face I quickly caught up with the others

As soon as we got home I saw Cheri passed out on the couch she seemed to be in a deep restful sleep I put a blanket over her so she wouldn't get cold
