waking up with Merlin and prince average ugh

3rd person pov

Cheri was snuggled up to Merlin's chest unknowingly and she buried her face deeper into his chest merlin who felt this opened his eyes and yawned waking up

He looked at the girl who was snuggled up to him burying her face in his chest making him blush slightly and he moved her hair from her face moving it to behind her ear

She smiles slightly she mumbled something in her sleep that merlin couldn't quite hear as he finally realized she was starting to wake up he had to move quickly

Cheri's pov

"Feels so warm what's this" I mumbled and I opened my eyes slightly not noticing the arm wrapped around me until I felt movement

I turned and saw merlin who was human for a second before turning into his dwarf self I blushed a deep crimson red

I quickly got off him and stood up covering my face in embarrassment 'oh...my...god I can't believe I slept on Merlin's chest' I thought

still blushing turned away from merlin who was probably his human self again cause I wasn't looking at him "um Cheri are you ok?" He asked in concern

"I'm fine" I squeaked out uncovering my face "Well alright I'm going to pick more carrots for longears" merlin said "ok you do that" I said rather quickly

Later...

Merlin's pov

As I was picking carrots from the garden for longears I felt a breeze go off and I relaxed into it my imagination running wild as I imagine kissing Cheri

I was hit in the head by a bucket "ow what was that for" I said annoyed at Arthur "you are sabotaging my relationship with lady Cheri and red shoes" Arthur said

"Relationship what relationship" I said "red shoes and I share a secret I'd tell you what it is but it's a secret" Arthur said

"Your just going off on your own this isn't helping" I said "oh yeah well your Nothing without your spells magic boy" Arthur said

'Magic boy💢' I thought to myself "Well your Nothing without Excalibur" I said as realization dawned upon me "your not waiting for someone to pull it out for you, are you?" I asked

He grabbed my shoulders "how did you know" Arthur said "is it true" I said before I knew it a net was thrown over us

Cheri's pov

Hans was making doughnuts for red shoes ah probably prince average captured merlin and Arthur by now "wow it's delicious Cheri you got to try this" red shoes said

"No thanks I'm good not very hungry at the moment" I said "I'm back from the finest shops where the finest jewelers with the finest jewelry" jack said

'That's oddly phrased?' I thought to myself "sorry Jack I'm gonna have to pass I don't need jewelery just your good intentions" red shoes said

"And you Cheri?" Jack said I put a hand to my ear "did anyone hear feedback on a megaphone?" I asked "testing 1,2 attention trolls you are keeping a beautiful criminal" prince average said

"Ugh it's prince average" I said under my breath and of course there's merlin and Arthur tied up in ropes 'totally called it' I thought to myself

"If you do not bring out the gorgeous criminal I will destroy the house" average said "Ugh I'm gonna deal with this red stay here" I said "oh ok" she said

"1,2 I lied charge" the doors opened but not to red shoes but to a very irritated me "hey idiot do you know how loud you are" I said clenching my sword in hand

"What who are you how dare you insult me...hey actually why do you look so familiar" he said then he started shaking  "wait a minute you couldn't possibly be...the commander of knights" he said with a shaky voice

"It's about time you noticed who your talking to" I said looking anything but pleased the dwarfs had their mouths wide open

"No I will not give in if you don't release the beautiful criminal you will take her place instead" average said I gripped my sword and unsheathed it the fire already bursting from it

"You mean you can try" I said "now release merlin and Arthur before I get even angrier than I am now" I said sounding annoyed

"Fine let them go" average said but as I was sidetracked a cannonball was shot at me merlin pushed me out of the way of it

"Um that was close...the cannonball not you" he said "I could have handled that myself y'know" I said with a light chuckle making him laugh slightly in embarrassment

"You will not make a fool of me either you come to my birthday party or I shoot you down" average said and immediately said "not a chance weirdo" I said

The others snickered at my response "fire" he said but I used my fire skill on my sword to burn down the cannon it melted instantly

"Ugh get her" average said merlin threw the cannonball and the whole castle setting came down until it was just average

"You messed with the wrong prince I will return Tuesday no wait check my calendar...Thursday I will return Thursday" he said running as the others follow behind him

I sheath my sword "typical they can't handle the heat" I said then saw everyone looking at me "what?" I said "your the blazing knight commander" Arthur said

"Well yeah I mean what were you expecting a brawny guy with armor" I said "yeah actually" Arthur said "that's a bit rude don't you think" I said annoyed

"Nevermind that...you were absolutely incredible" merlin said I blushed a bit and picked him up and hugged him "aw thank you merlin that means a lot" I said

Then I opened my eyes and the others had grabby hands wanting me to pick them up and hug them as well I set merlin down and patted his head
