One night, while you were sitting in a space by a nearby window, your hands were rested into your lap as you looked at the tiny stars in the world above. A sigh escaped from you, now having your head rested against the cool, glassed surface.
Chrollo was supposed to be out, doing work stuff that apparently was so dangerous, you were told to stay back at your house, though without him, you found it hard to sleep so you decided to wait for him to get back. He assured you that he would come straight to you afterwards but, you were starting to wonder if he forgot.
" Was he lying..? He wouldn't lie to me, right?" Said words were repeatedly playing inside your head as you hugged your knees tightly, missing the warmth of your lover. He didn't answer his phone either so that made you a bit worried. You sighed in disbelief but still kept your hopes up.

Half an hour went by, now being 1:00am in the morning, you lowered your head, believing that he wasn't coming by. Standing up with your arms folded, all you felt was pain, feeling let down by all of this. You decided it would just be better for you to go to sleep.
As you grabbed your phone from the window, there were still no new notifications from him, Such disappointment left you at loss for words. Just then, as you were turning off all the lights, you heard a slight knocking sound being tapped against the glass of said window. Raising a brow in suspicion, you looked out the glass reflection, seeing nothing to make such noise.
" That's weird.." you quietly exclaimed, placings your digits against the cold surface before allowing your palm to rest calmly on the glass, making you shiver slightly. Unexpectedly, a somewhat bigger hand was placed in the same place as yours, except, it was outside? Removing your hand, eyes widening at the sight, it was none other than • • •
