" Chrollo, you're back ! Finally ! " you exclaimed excitedly as you took a step back, allowing your gaze to just watch him enter through the window before blinking. Had it really been unlocked this whole time? " There's a door, you know — " you said.
" I'm aware, dear, but where's the fun in knocking on a door? " a chuckle escaped, a grin approaching the figures face, one's hands were placed onto your waist, bringing you closer, his gaze examining your facial features. " Hum. Were you crying?" He asked quietly as his grin disappeared into a slightly worried expression.
It was true, you had shed a couple of tears earlier but you didn't think he would notice. Before you could even say anything, the figure lifted you up, allowing his soft lips to kiss all over your face. " Your face is all salty from those tears. . I like sweet things rather than salty things, my love. " He said, slightly feeling guilty.
You shook your head. " Chrollo, I'm fine. You're here now so there's nothing to worry about !" You assured him.
" If you're sure, then I can no longer worry. " he claimed, as smile had formed.
An idea had submerged as you looked back at the male with a smile.
" Could you possibly stay with me tonight? " you asked, as you watched him look back up at you.
" I don't see why not " He responded.
