"Huh there's a taxi for us?" Hyunjin said confused looking around

"Shit- Jennie and her boyfriend are here- oh shit"

Jennie looked around in front of us.. then saw me and Hyunjin together

"Y/n?! Is that you? And Hyunjin?!" As she came walking towards us with her boyfriend

Damn it what the hell do I do?!

"U-uh Jennieee!! Hiiii ahahah-"

"What are you doing with- him-?" she gave him a gross look

"Well-"

"We got along in work and ran into eachother today so we thought might as well just hang out together"

He said it so calmly.. like I kind of believed it even- even though it's not true at all- this guy is good at lying jeez

"Is that really all?" Jennies boyfriend said

"What do you mean? what else could it be ahah" I said confused followed by a nervous giggle

"Well I mean, who would see one of their best friends workers and decided to go do some stuff together"

"Us-" we both said

"..Anyways- why are you guys here?" I looked at Jennie and asked her to change the topic

"Well we are going to the restaurant down the street but there was no parking over there so the driver had to park us here"

"Ohh.."

We stood there awkwardly not knowing what to say or do

"Well uh would you guys want to join us for dinner?" Jennie asked

I looked at hyunjin and thought over it for a good second, he seemed fine with it so I went ahead and agreed with them, then we all started walking to the restuarant.

while walking in Jennie suddenly caught up to me and dragged me behind and told the guys to go on and that she wanted to talk to me for a minute. And I'm very well aware what this is going to be about-

"Sooo"

I gave her a questioning look, "what's going on? any tea I'm missing?" she asked.

"no- we just happened to bump into each other and he asked to hang out together, thats all"

"girl if HYUNJIN asked you to hang out you really shouldn't let this chance go- like do you see that man? He's perfect! this is your sign" she winked at me

"Jennie no- we aren't that close and it was just a one time thing, get over it" I told her, I really dont want her to get her hopes high or anything with me and hyunjin because its of no use really

"well either way- this is going to be our double datee!" she said clapping her hands.

"what- it's not a date-"

"Yes it is!"

"How??"

"because I say so! now lets go in"
