Ugggh! Its Monday and the first day of my new school. I'm so not ready for this, but like gran said I have to try. I reached over to grab my phone to check the time, it was 6:30am gran says school starts at 8:00am. I got up out of bed and headed to my bathroom to do my morning routine. When I came out it was like 7:15, deciding to leave at 7:30. I put on my school uniform which consisted of a navy pants and a white button up shirt with the school initials on the pocket in purple. I put on my all black since gran said we can't where nothing but black shoes, spray on some colonge and went downstairs for some breakfast.
I enter the kitchen to see my grandmother rocking to some reggae music. I started laughing and rocked with her. She turned around and started laughing too.
"Oh chile a neva si yuh deh" she turned of the stove and fix me a plate, I took it from her and sat down.
"Thanks and good morning to you too gran" she laughed again then sat infront of me
"So yuh tink yuh redy fa today" I looked at her and nodded "OK den ere is all di infamation" she handed me all the information I needed and kissed her good bye and head out the door to my to car.
Once in the car I enter the school address into my GPS and followed it to school.
Jada's POV
I wake up to the sound of my alarm going of indicating that it was 5am. I rolled over and turned it off. Practically rolling out of bed went to the bathroom to get ready for school. After my morning routine I came out to my mother screaming at my brother ignoring everything I went back to my room. Putting on my uniform and my navy blue vest with a purple strip going from the collar to waist with the title 'HEAD PREFECT' on one side.
I then decided deal with the monster on my head I call hair. When that is done I slip into my black Nike shoes grabbed my school bag and text books and went to the ride waiting for me. You must be wondering why I never speak to no one before I came out the house well...they are just too much to deal with right now.
But anyway wat a gwan I'm Jada'ray Smith I'm full Jamaican but moved to Grand Cayman when I was 8 so I have been here for 8years yep you guess it I'm 16 I have two younger brothers which are a pain sometimes I have to wonder what's up with but oh well.

I get to school and see the crew in the usual spot I fist bump the guys and hug the girls. One particular girl because she claim that smelt good but I can't complain. Oh did I forget to mention that I'm a lesbian and I guess I'll be called a stud based on my personality but only my friends know if my parents found out they would probably assume there are demons in me or something.
"Hey jade" everyone says simultaneously
Before I could answer the bumboclat bell ring indicating we have tutorial class now. The only good thing about the class is that my best fren Mat is in there. Speak of the beast.
"Mi big fren" he opened his arms for a hug and I obliged
"Wat a gwan Mattie"
"Uggh yuh noe seh mi ate deh name deh"
"Mi sorry" I said with puppy eyes
"Yuh know seh mi still love yuh" I smiled again and pushed him playfully then the teacher's school phone went off.
"Yes sir she is here....OK I will send here right away.....bye Mr Matomba" she hung up and looked my way " Jada'ray the principal wants to see you" what would he want to see me for so early in the day? I got up anyway and told Mat I'll see him in first period. I got to the admin. building and walk pass the bitter principal's secretary to get to his office.
"Good morning Jade" he said motioning me to sit.
"Good morning sir" I said still with my island accent but a lot less ghetto.
"You must be wondering why I called you here"I nodding telling him to continue"Well to answer your question, there is a new student here her name is Tasha and I want you to show her around the school and introduce her to her teachers ok"
"Yes sir,where is this miss Tasha" I asked.
"That would be me sweetheart" this sexy ass voice said. I turned around to see a fine ass stud standing in the door. She damn near made my heart skip plenty beats and all i could says was
"Wow...." standing there looking like a damn eediat
