A/N: This one's for all my RiKara lovers

The morning of Mahashivratri began with the three O-Bahus and two Senior O-Bahus preparing their respective Aarti ki Thali for the Pooja that was going to be held in the Shiv Mandir.

Gauri: Hum bata nahi sakte hum kitne utsuk hain! Saadi ke baad ee humari pehli Mahashivratri hain.
(I can't express how excited I am! It's my first Mahashivratri after marriage.)

Bhavya: *yawns* Bhabhi aap itni subah uth ke woh be fast karte hue itni energetic kaise hain?
(Bhabhi how are you so energetic after waking up so early while fasting?)

Gauri: Arey kaisa na ho? Bareilly mein toh aaj ke din Mandir tak jaane wale raste par chalne ki jagah nahi hoti. Pooja hoti hain, saanskrtik prastutiyaan hoti hain, vyavahit jode apne sukhi vyavahit jeevan ki kaamna karte hain, avyavahit ladkiyaan achhe var ki kaamna karte hain aur tan-man se pavitra hone ke liye Mahashivratri se subh din ki aur nahi hota.
(How can I not be? In Bareilly today there is no place to walk on the way leading to the temple. There are pujas, cultural performances, Married couples wish for their happy married life, unmarried girls wish for a good groom and there is no other auspicious day than Mahashivratri to become pure from body and mind.)

Anika: Is saal toh Mahashivratri ekdum khidki-tod hone wali hain.
(This year, Mahashivratri is going to be epic.)

Anika intended to speak to herself but unfortunately, she was too loud.

Gauri: Kyoon jiji, aapne kuch khaas tayyaar kiya hain kya?
(Why jiji? Have you planned something special?)

Pinky: Arey Anika ki bhi pehle propers Pooja hain na. Last year Rudra-Bhavya ki wedding preparations mein hum sab busy the, uske pehle wale saal mein Prinku ki, which reminds me, Jethaniji, wheres Prinku?
(It's Anika's first proper Pooja as well, right? Last year we were all busy with Rudra-Bhavya's wedding preparations, Prinku's in the year before that, which reminds me, Jethaniji, wheres Prinku?)

Jhanvi: Prinku Ranveer ke saath directly Mandir aayegi. By the way, it's such a great coincidence ki teeno beton ke naam Shivji ke naam par hain, aur teeno bahu-on ke Parvatiji par.
(Prinku will come directly to the temple with Ranveer. By the way, it's such a great coincidence that the names of all the three sons are on the name of Shivji, and on Parvatiji of the three daughters-in-law.)

"Yeh toh meri line hain!"
("That is my line!")

The ladies turned towards stairs as Rudra descended from them, making a claim to the statement.

Rudra: *excitedly* Mom maine Shivaay Bhaiya aur Anika Bhabhi ki shaadi par maine yahi baat kahi thi aur aaj bhi...
(Mother, I said the same thing at the wedding of Shivaay Bhaiya and Anika Bhabhi and even today...)

Bhavya: *cuts him off* Aaj bhi aap badi jaldi tayyaar ho gayi, nahi?
(Even today you got ready very quickly, didn't you?)

Rudra: *with equal sarcasm* Main jaldi tayyaar ho jaata agar kisi ne saara garam paani use na kar liya hota.
(I would have got ready sooner if someone had not used all the hot water.)

The two rolled their eyes at each other. Shakti and Tej joined their respective partners, chuckling at the antics of the youngest couple. Shivaay also came there after getting Sahil, Shivika and himself dressed. Gauri looked around for Omkara.

Gauri: Omkaraji kahaan hain?
(Where is Omkaraji?)

Shivaay: He's on an important call.

Gauri: *mummers* Jinke naam ka jaap ho raha hain, woh phone pe pata nahi kya jaap kar rahe hain.
(Whose name is being chanted, don't know what he is chanting on the phone.)
