Skit 1 - A gloomy castle

It was a normal day at the Academy of Modern Magic when I woke up to a bird flapping its wings just outside my dorm window. I look over at the bird and see that there was string attaching a piece of paper to his right ankle.  I reach my hand out to get the letter that was clearly for me and started to read it. 

"Students of beast keeping class, we are having a test worth most of your grade this semester. It is to test your bravery and to help research new "beasts". There are three locations you can go to, The enchanted forest, The old elfs castle, and the Haunted Home. Remember that not all of you will come back alive. When you are at one of the three locations you must find a fitting animal that you could bond with, remember you cannot replace it until the end of the semester. But if you have a big bond with your animal, you can keep it as long as you like. You have a week to go out and find an animal that suits you.

I finish reading the letter and change into the schools uniform. I grab my small bag and start walking out of my dorm and start wandering the halls. This place is too big for my, I'm a new student. I finally find the library and start reading about the locations. 

● Small 3 hour timeskip ●

I close the last book about the Haunted Home and came to a decision on which one to go to. I return the books and start heading back to my dorm. I was going to leave tomorrow to go to The old Elfs castle, but its known as the Gloomy castle. Even though it was the most dangerous out of the three locations it just describes a dream place that I wanted to go to.

It was in the middle of the day on a saturday and I had nothing to do so I started training and studying.  

┏━✦❘༻ Timeskip to Sunday morning, 6 am ༺❘✦━━┓

 I shift around in my bed trying to fall back asleep but the small sunlight coming out of my window refused to let me get an extra hour of sleep. My room was messy from last night but it wasn't too bad, my clothes weren't on the ground and I don't look homeless. 

My legs lift my lazy body out of bed and I brush out my brunette hair until there's no knots in my hair.  I look in the mirror and notice nothing wrong with me since I looked fabulous. I walked away from my mirror and got my school uniform on and started packing to leave.

I finished and put the backpack on my back and started to leave for the Gloomy Castle. I walk past all the forest and sung songs for the next 3 hours.
