The Grandson of the Pokémon Researcher (Pokémon: Sun & Moon x Male Reader)

Prologue

[Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening everyone! Here is the First chapter of this book :>]

3rd Person's Pov:

Inside Professor Oak's lab, a 14 year boy can be seen in front of a computer while doing some research about legendary Pokémon. Just then, Professor Oak entered the Lab, probably after he took a walk outside to get some fresh air.

"Hey Y/N, why don't you take some break instead of staying here in the Lab almost all day and you're always in front of that computer?" The professor asked the boy, now we can identify as Y/N answered his Grandfather's question after a few seconds of thinking...."Well that would be nice but there isn't really exciting thing to do around here and Mom and Dad insisted that they can handle the café on their own so yeah, I have nothing better to do other than research..."

"Hmmm...How about this, You know Ash right?" The professor asked and the brunette nodded since Him and Ash had been friends for about 6 years. They met when Ash went to talk to the professor and after that they slowly became friends and talked to each other more often and when Ash started to go on adventures they still kept in touch.

"A few days ago he and his mother went to Alola for a vacation and I asked them to deliver something to your Grand Uncle but it looks like Ash decided to stay In Alola for a Month or two" The older of the two continued. "That explains why Auntie is here already in Kanto but I can't find Ash anywhere" Y/N said "Let me guess....you want me to also come to Alola right?" He continued.

"Right! And I've already ordered a plane ticket for you" Professor exclaimed enthusiastically "Fine, when's the flight?" The young researcher asked his Grandpa. "It will be later around 10:00 pm so that you will arrive at Alola about 8:00 am tomorrow" To say that Y/N is shocked by this statement of his Grandfather was an understatement. He quickly packed some of his clothes so he would still have time to finish his research and say goodbye to his parents since it's now roughly 7:00 pm.

~time skip~

It was now 9:45 and Y/N's already inside the plane. "Good evening everyone, this is Pallet Pacific and we're going to take off now. We highly encourage you to put your seatbelts on for safe travel. The flight to Alola will take about 10 hours so for now, you can relax and wait for the plane to arrive at its destination. Further instructions will be given later." Y/N can finally relax now and wait for the plane to arrive at Alola.
