After the encounter with Jake I make my way to my first class.

English is boring, the teacher just talks about his pregnant wife all lesson and doesn't give us any homework,

Looking around the call I spot Jake staring at me,

as soon as he sees me looking at him, he looks away with blush on his cheeks.

Turning away I spot a pair of red eyes staring at Jake with hatred in them,

The pair of eyes belonged to Hunter.

Hunter the Football teams captains right hand man, also the best friend of Jake.

Confused and a bit dazed I turn back to look at the teacher who is still blabbing on about his wife.

(After school)

Sneaking back into my house I hear commotion in the basement,

realizing that my parents probably won't hear me while they're in the basement I sprint to my room.

As I'm about to reach my room my mom screams at the top of her lungs

"Y/N GET BACK HERE"

I freeze.

I freeze and can't move.

"Y/N" she slurs this time,
"S-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-shes d-d-d-d-drunk" I whisper to myself,

I hate it when my parents drink, then they hate me even more.

And now they know I'm home.
