It was three days till New Years me and von was stil not talking and I was in my room watching tv when I got a text from the girls in the group chat askin if what goin on on New Years and if we finna be together and Asian says my and her mom doin a diner party at my house and shit on my momma they always do they function here like let a bitch have a off day

there was a knock "can I come in" mom says I nodded smiling "hey baby how you doing" I nod smiling "ok" she nods "I was comin earlier but I heard you and tay talkin so I thought I would just let y'all talk"

she laughs a lil shaking her head "well I gotta go to work but if anything call me ok" I nodded and she kissed my cheek and left
I went and got food said hi to the gang and went to see what my mom cooked which was rice and chicken "yep imma get a Starbucks drink" I say to myself getting my phone out and von walks in on textin someone and gets a cup then looks up at me "you still not talkin to me" "damn you gettin smarter that's good"
he mugs me "don't do this Nigga I said I was sorry what I gotta do fo you to stop ignoring me" I sigh "get me Starbucks and ice cream" he looks at me "hol up that's all" I smiled nodding and he pulls out his phone "what you want" (imma do a London dessert place) "I want Kaspers" he nods and goes to a Uber eats and passes me his phone and got to my favourite waffle and ordered it
I then got my Starbucks too and he ordered it "so we good now" I nod smiling and he came over kissing me and hugging me "ooh I miss yo hugs" I mumble and he laughs "that's yo fault" I roll my eyes and he pulls away and got so water from the fridge "yo Starbucks on the way"
