It was a nerve-wracking day for Felix because he still hadn't told Jack about the incident. He decided today he would go to his house to confess. Felix had arrived at Jack's house and began to worry about what Jack's reaction would be.

"Felix?... Where are my children?" Jack said, noticing that Felix came alone. "Jack... sit down. We need to talk." Felix mumbled nervously. "T-talk? What did you do to my children? What happened to Ed and Molly? WHERE ARE THEY?" Jack said, raising his voice. "Jack, please. I promise they're okay... now." Felix said hesitantly.

"No, you better promise me that my kids are going to come home. You had one job, Felix. One. Job. Now, look! My kids are nowhere to be found!" Jack mumbled with tears in his eyes. Felix stared at Jack and not knowing what to do he ran out the door. "Felix? Felix! Bring me, my kids!" Jack yelled, grabbing the fire poker from near the fireplace.

Felix stopped running and turned around, only to see Jack sprinting towards him at full speed with a fire poker. "Jack? Why do you have that? Put that down! There's no need for violence!" Felix yelled as Jack got closer. "Bring me back my kids, Felix! You ignored my calls, then you showed up WITHOUT MY KIDS, now what?" Jack cried out. "I promise you, they're okay now! Just listen to me please, Jack!"

Jack collapsed onto the ground and with his head in his hands, began to sob. "Felix, I know what happened! Okay? I know you got into a wreck, I'm just hoping my kids are still okay! Please, I want to see my kids! I haven't slept in days, Felix! I've been worried sick!" Jack sobbed. "Jack, you're a great guy and I'm glad we've gotten to experience opening a successful company together." Felix started. "But sadly, you were the only one in the spotlight. I want people to know that I, Felix Kranken, am the genius behind everything."

Jack looked up at Felix as he began to walk closer. "I know you love your kids, Rosemary does too. They both loved you. " Felix told Jack. 'L-loved?" Jack asked. "Your kids are dead, Jack. They were killed in the wreck. I had to bury them, but they were always such good kids." Felix said, looking down at Jack, with a pitiful smile.

"I- I can't believe you. You killed my kids. You sick jerk! I can't believe I just invited you into my home!" Jack yelled. " You killed my kids and now I'm gonna kill you," Jack mumbled as he stood up with the fire poker. "Jack, there's no use. Besides, I didn't kill your kids, the wreck did." Felix said, backing away from Jack.

"How could I be so stupid? Why did I trust you?" Jack asked with tears running down his face, gripping onto Felix's collar. "Jack, calm down! It'll be alright! Felix said. "You'll be able to see them soon enough," Felix whispered into Jack's ear, as he pulled out a knife. Felix had stabbed Jack in the chest and Jack's body dropped into Felix's hands.

"I told you to just listen to me. Sadly, we had to resort to this. You were a great friend." Felix mumbled, wiping an imaginary tear. Suddenly, Jack began to cough up blood and died.

At the time of Jack's death, Rosemary, Jack's wife, had been at work and wasn't coming home for another 2 hours which gave Felix plenty of time to hide the body. Felix dropped Jack's body and began to run into the house to find some sort of sack or bag he could use to dispose of the body.

He looked through all sorts of cabinets, cupboards, and drawers before he found a box of black trash bags. "This will do," Felix said to himself. He grabbed a trash bag and headed outside to the front yard where Jack had been lying, dead. Felix shoved the body into the bag, which was a bit hard at first considering Jack was a grown man.

Soon after Felix had thrown the body of his former friend into the trunk of his car and started heading towards a familiar place. "Oh Jack, always wanted what was best for your family. Yet never cared for me. You always got the fame, and money, and all the credit for something you never were a part of. " Felix said, almost like he was still chatting with Jack.

Moments later Felix arrived at the crash scene and walked to the back of the car to grab the body of another one of his victims. Felix dragged the body over to the same dirt area where he had buried the two children, Ed and Molly just days before. "Look, Jack! Your

kids! You finally got your wish. Rest in peace Jack you were loved... but not by me." Felix said, chuckling as he buried Jack's corpse.

Felix finished the job and went back to his house like nothing ever happened. " Hi, Felix. Dinners on the ta- why are you all bloody?" Felix's wife asked. "Oh, this- um- is just paint! Y'know, busy day... at work. " Felix said, throwing his bloody shirt into the wash. "You are such a hard worker, Felix." Linda said sarcastically " Just don't ruin your clothes."

"I won't," Felix said. "So how was Jack? Still, doing ok? Oh! How's his wife, Rosemary?" Linda asked, going over to the sink to wash some dishes. "They're both good. They asked me to come on over and say hi to them. " Felix lied, staring directly into the back of his wife's head while leaning on the counter.

"Oh ok! That's always good to hear!" Linda continued to scrub the food-covered plates. "Is there any big news or anything big that happened recently?" Linda wondered. "No, nothing worth knowing." Felix glanced out the window. 'Ok, Well I have to get a couple of things done around the house, but if you need anything just get it yourself." Linda said to Felix who was now sitting over on the sofa.

"Of course." Felix replied with a sarcastic grin, flipping through a newspaper. Felix was reading the newspaper when there was a knock on the door. "Felix? Could you get that? I kinda have my hands tied at the moment!" Linda chuckled. "Yeah sure. " Felix said, hopping off the couch and walking towards the door.

Felix opened the door only to see...

"Rosemary? What are you doing here! It's nice to see you!" Felix invited Rose into the house. "Hi, Felix! I was wondering if you had seen Jack? I called his work phone and looked all over the house but he wasn't there." Rosemary explained. "Oh, J-Jack? I

haven't seen him." Felix replied, nervously. "But I thought he was at work with you today? No?" Rose sat down on the sofa.

"Uh- no. He wasn't there. I- maybe he went out to the store?" Felix asked, hoping Rosemary would leave so he would have to stop thinking about what had happened hours before. "Maybe. I'll check back in later! It was nice seeing you, Felix." Rose grabbed her purse and headed towards the door. "It was lovely to see you too, please let me know if you happen to find Jack. " Felix grinned at the woman standing outside the door.

"Will do. Bye!" Rose said before entering her car and driving off.

Weeks flew by and Felix got more and more stressed. No matter where he went, Jack was always there, on 'missing' posters or on billboards of the company or even just people that looked remotely the same. Felix couldn't take much more of this so he ripped down the posters, got new billboards, and stayed inside.
