NARRATOR'S POV.

Miller's hand shook as he let down the phone. He didn't know what to do. This call will probably be his last, cause he was sure he would soon die.
He didn't expect to receive the call today. He knew it was going to happen sooner or later but he had dreaded the day and the thought of it. Today would change everything, one decision he makes would change not only his life but everyone around him.
Miller gathered the files on his table before placing them in the top drawer. He has never been this nervous or dreadful.
If he didn't do it he would lose something so important to him, the only person he could actually give an actual fuck about. He pushed the guilt that was surfacing down. He knew this wasn't the time to feel sorry or pitiful or guilty, it was the time to act.

SUSAN'S POV.

I headed for the elevator after bidding the others goodbye. Aisha was still at the office but Leo was gone. It wasn't weird she never stays long. She was always the first person to leave the office.

Things with Leo and I were coming back to normal... Not completely but we were getting there. She is just worried about me and I understood that. I would be upset if my best friend was 'going out' with her boss especially when he is a man who is rumored to make people dissaper.

I headed for the lobby. I had taken the bus today, I didn't feel like driving, and I certainly do not mind being a bus person. No matter how much Aisha and Leo tries to make fun of me for liking to ride the bus i don't care being referred to as bus person. I was a bus person before I got a job at KING'S INDUSTRIES and before I got promoted and was able to get my car.

I stuck my arm into my coat pocket as I headed for the bus stop. A black car stopped beside me but I ignored it and continued walking. The tinted windows of the car rolled down as the car matched my pace.
A middle age man in the driver's seat smiled at my direction. He seems similar but I couldn't place where I've seen him. My phone dinged in my purse notifying me of a message.

Get in the car
- Marcelo.

I looked up from my phone to the car, the car came to a halt and the driver came out and opened the back door for me. I gave a small thank you before getting into the car.

I wasn't surprised to see Marcelo seating like a king. He was scrolling through his phone.
I've always wondered why he was always on his phone . I know he is a busy man with a billion dollars business empire in his name but at least take a break from staring at the screen.
I shuddered as my mind went to the dark side as I thought of the bad things he was ordering from his phone.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
I wasn't going to fight him about why he just ordered me to get into his car suddenly. I was used to it, Marcelo does things as he sees fit.
"I'm taking you home" he responded after he switch off his phone turning his attention to me.

I wanted to tell him that I was going to take the bus and that it was okay but I really didn't want to anger him today. I just wanted to go home. I nodded my head in understanding and turned my attention to the view out the window, leaning my head against the window pane.

In no time we pulled in front of my building. He followed me till we reached the front of my apartment.
"Thank you for bringing me home. Good night."
I pushed open my door to enter and was surprised when he went in with me.
I looked at him wondering why he was still here. It's not like I could kick him out. The man does whatever he wants, not like I can do anything about it.
"I'm going to be living with you"
He dropped the bombshell suddenly.

My hand hung in mid air as i was trying to put down my bag.
"W-what?" I raised my brows at him as I tried to think about what psychotic activity he has come up with.
