Kiera pov

Erez is currently goo goo gaa gaa-ing at Takeo, who is almost 9 months old.

Takeo sometimes replies in his own language. Both of them laughing and giggling.

I'm outside with Tanjiro, trying to make me let him hold Nezuko, who is currently asleep on my back.

"Mama..! Please!" - Tanjiro

"No sweetie. I cannot let a baby hold another baby. But maybe when you're older you can~" - Kiera

Tanjiro whined.

"But you said that yesterday! I'm older now! See! I'm so much bigger than yesterday!" - Tanjiro

I giggled.

"Yes, yes. You are so much taller and stronger than yesterday. But if you hold Nezuko, you might drop her. And then she'll get hurt. So you cannot hold her now, Tanjiro..." - Kiera

He pouted but nodded nonetheless.

I then saw a wild boar charging towards us.

Erez was inside with Takeo. But if I called for him, it'll startle Takeo.

I stood in front of Tanjiro who had frozen upon seeing the boar.

On pure instinct, I went ahead and....

....headbutted the boar!

Next thing I knew, the boar was unconscious and Tanjiro was clapping.

"Woahhh! Mama is so strong! Papa! Papa! Look! Mama beat a boar!" - Tanjiro

Hearing all the ruckus, Erez rushed outside, holding Take.

"Is everyone okay?! No one's hurt right?! Kie... honey.... you should've called for me! I know you're strong but still....!" - Erez

I shook my head.

"I'm fine, Tanjuro. I didn't want to startle Takeo." - Kiera

"Wawa!" - Takeo (he's trying to say 'Mama')

"Yes its me! Our Takeo is so smart!" - Kiera

He stretched out his hands and placed them on my face as he kept giggling.

I peppered his face with kisses.

"Hihi! Wawa! Hehe!" - Takeo

"Me too! Me too, Mama!" - Tanjiro

"What about me?!" - Erez

Gosh, sometimes I feel like he's a baby too!

"Alright, now calm down..." - Kiera

Tanjiro and Erez pouted but listened to me.

Meanwhile Nezuko.... was still asleep...

I wonder how she does it sometimes.....
(She liked to sleep ever since she was a kid, lol)

Timeskip

"Otou-San. Are you really going to leave?" - Erez

"Hmm. I want to travel. So yeah. I mean I have seen my son get married to a lovely woman and have not one but six kids! I am a grandpa! I can die happy now!" - Sumihiko

"Please don't say that Otou-San!" - Erez/Kiera

I watched as Tanjiro went to town to sell charcoal.

Usually Erez is the one to do that but Tanjiro insisted.

It is just another normal day....

....So what is this unsettling feeling.......?
