That was the night of the banquet held in the imperial family and everyone was invited. Every child of the noble family was present there at the time as so is he.... who's 'he'? The man who the whole kingdom fears, the one who may have looks of a god but is a devil in disguise instead.
The chandelier was shining and everyone was enjoying the moment, not as long as the announcements called that family's name... the agriche... As soon as those people entered the hall everyone's eyes was on them. The hall was in state of chaos, most of the men had eyes on the daughter of agriche... Roxanna agriche. The woman with her angelic look, the woman who holds the power to seduce or kill someone just by that face of her.
Not soon after, another announcement was made, "The princess of the Faustian household, y/n Faustian is entering!!" With just the name of that woman everyone started to had chills as a woman who looks totally like a angel wearing that beautiful black and red gown stepped in.
The Faustian household was the most wealthy and powerful duchy of the kingdom, even more powerful than the agriche. And the one and only daughter of that family was known to be the most spoiled one... y/n Faustian who is also known to be engaged with dion agriche, the second eldest son of the agriche and the next head of family. Anyone who dare to talk back at her.... they won't see the sunrise next morning.
Everyone was maintaining a distance from her because of that dark aura reflecting from her which scare even the dead.
"I didn't thought i would get to see you here.." a familiar voice was heard, "it's the same for me, dion agriche" she said. "It's rare to meet you at such places mr. Fiance of mine" she taunted taking a sip of her wine. "I thought only i will be here without a partner but look who we have here" he taunted back.
"Who said i don't have one mr. Dion Agriche"
"So who is it?"

A confused silence followed on, it broke with him breaking into laughter. "You really are something else" he said, "i am honored to hear such a compliment from the coldest man of the empire" she said smiling while raising one of her eyebrow. "Now i know why my father choose you to be the next duchess" he said.
"Now may i have the honor to have my first dance with you, my lady." he pulled out his hand bowing down. "Is that even a thing to ask?" Without even hesitating she gave her hand to him, He kissed the red ruby ring on her hand.
He pulled her to the dance floor, they was right in the middle and everyone's attention was on them. Their legs was going along the rhythm of the song. Everyone didn't knew if they should be attracted towards it or be scared of this sight.
"I thought that you were only good at killing and stuff, but you proved me wrong for first time. I gotta say you're quite good at it." She said while twirling with the rhythm. "You're also quite good then i expected." He said while his hands in hers, The music ended while everyone's eyes still on them. "I really enjoyed the dance with you, Dion" she said while bowing down as the dance finish.
"So what are you going to do now?" He asked as he escorted her to somewhere no one saw them. "I am exhausted so i guess I am just gonna go and have some peace at my favourite secret place." She winked. "Secret place? I would really like to know where that is." he said with a smirk, "it's not a secret for a name, i won't tell you... I'll show you" she pulled his arm and while sneaking from everyone they get out of the imperial palace. "Where are we going?" he asked, all he could do was to follow her because he had no idea what to do. "To the forest" she said as she just dragged him along with her.
They finally reached the place, it was a cliff on the mountain where they could see the whole capital, There was also a house there, a small cottage. "I never knew there was a place like this here" he looked around there. "No one else knew other than me and my father. My parents use to come here." She smiled while looking at the view, her eyes was sparkling like the night sky and dion can't help but stare at her and get lost in that beautiful sight.
"You know dion.... I really don't want to go back.... no one understand me..." she said in a calm voice. "I do... you aren't the only one... we're almost same..." he replied to her. "I never wished to be born a noble... Ever since i am born there is only one thing i wished for... It's freedom... i never wanted to kill anyone... my brother forced me to do so..." she said looking at him.
"My mom died giving birth to my younger brother and my father also left me alone in the household after the war... my oldest brother got blinded by greed and i got to raise my younger brother all alone....." she added as she chuckled to herself. "..my father also forced me to kill my own brother... my own siblings hate me and i am called a monster..."
"You know why i am telling you this because i trust you... i think that as my fiance maybe atleast you'll understand me..." she said with a smile. "You can trust me because i understand you." He said holding onto her hand. She looked at him as they both stared at each others eyes. She was like lost in those dark red ruby like eyes.
The poor girl was unable to hold those magic words back, "dion you know that the moment i first saw you... i fell in love with you" she said placing her hand on his cheek. "Y/n... i fell for you from the very first moment i got to know you" he tilled her head up while brushing off the hairs that was coming on her face.
His leaned in slowly towards her, she didn't hesistate. Their distance was erased by a gentle and soft kiss, at first it did look like some gentle wholesome soft kiss.... SIKE YOU THOUGHT!!! The kiss was soon turned into a lustful and passionate one, his hands found their way to her waist as her hands was entangled in his soft, black hairs.
The couple was having the moment of their life but guess someone had a really bad timing, "princes- ...... I'll come later, Pardon me" Marcus, the head knight and her bodygaurd appointed by her brother appeared from the woods. "Marcus... let my brother know that I'll be with my fiance for tonight." The kiss broke as she ordered her knight with a slight smirk. "As you wish my lady" he disappeared so that he don't got his poor single heart hurt more. (Feel you bro)
"Then where are you going to stay?" He asked in a bit confusion.
"With you"
"In that agriche mansion? No you can't, some maniacs are present there, i won't allow you to get hurt."
She chuckled at his reply, "This cottage is made for a use, my idiot soon to be husband." She said as she pulled his collar into another passionate kiss. The poor boy's senses almost stopped at such a sudden action, he can't help but let her do what she wanted to. He just followed his fiance, and let her have the lead. (Yes you heard me right.... dion just got BOTTOMED!!)
That was a lovely night for both of the them, under the blanket of stars in the small cottage of their own where they had the moment of their life.
