Today's question relates to chapter sizes and weight.
Do you prefer books with shorter chapters but more chapters overall?
I know some people who like them to be shorter, letting them finish chapters up easily and put them down without pausing mid-way through a page. (Approx 3000 words)
OR
Do you prefer longer chapters with more weight to them?
like more stuff going on in them, even if it isn't the most critical part of the story being told. (Approx 8000 words)
Let me know what you prefer! :)
I personally love long chapters with lots of details but also can sit down with a good book that has short and sweet chapters, like 6 pages.
