You went out back and found your mom's old board. Its the perfect size for you. You wash it off and out it on the stand. You start to wax it when you Here the door open and footsteps heading your way.You lean on the board.

You turn around and Summer runs up and hugs you.Summer pulled away and she looked upset.

Summer: How could you go M.I.A on me and end up here

You: i know but-

Summer: Huh you know that ironic your mom knew too did you even open the voice mail I sent you and Bodhi two days ago

Bodhi: I did

Summer: That's cool

Ari looked at you before he went to open his big mouth.

Summer: I can't believe you Shay we spent 4 months together in New York and New Jersey then you go M.I.A

Marlon: She didn't actually go M.I.A*said fastly*

You: Marlon*yelling*

Summer: Wait what

You: I never truly went M.I.A I moved away 5 weeks after Marlon came

Summer: And you didn't tell anyone

You: nope then when we arrived I got the call about May

Bodhi: She wouldn't leave her room for two weeks

Poppy: She came surfing with us one time and couldn't even stay on the board

Ari: All she wanted to do was cuddle and sleep

You all stayed quiet.

Ari: I did when I needed clothes we would go to my house and pack a bag 

Summer: You took care of her from the day after the call to two weeks

Ari: Actually she broke down in my arms right outside the airport the day of the call and I carried her to my car she fell asleep on me, my dad dropped her off, I put her in her bed and then her dad asked if I could stay for a few days to take care of her while he was at work

Summer looked at you in sympathy then hugged you tightly.

Summer:I'm sorry Shay I had no idea

You: It's fine honestly I'm fine

You all decided to go home.

Your mom took Summer back to her house, Ari, Marlon, and Poppy stayed with you guys then you all just hung out around the house.

Ari: I'm surprised you even left your room today cause lately you've been wanting to eat in your room

You: Hey her funeral is in a week I was wondering if it's ok with your parents do yo want to come to New Jersey with Me, Margot,and Summer
