You: They were ok Summer came over every other week and stayed with me then 6 weeks before we came back Marlon came and visited then when I got back Honey got mad at me haven't talked to her since and I haven't even told Summer that I was moving back here

It's almost 11:30 so you and Griff Pack everything up put your board in the truck and left for your mom's house.

You: I left early this morning to go surfing

You sat there breathing heavily and having flashbacks.(This is what Shay's panic attacks are like I don't know if this is how ptsd panic attacks work but I know you start breathing heavily during a panic attack)
*About 5 minutes later*
You're still having a panic attack when the door swings open and you suddenly feel two big arms wrap around your torso and lift you up and takes you outside.
Griff: look at the sky take long deep breaths and relax alright
You did as he said and before you knew it you were relaxed but when you tried to stand up your knee gave out again
Griff: I'll get you brace and crutches

Griff brought out your knee brace and crutches.You put your knee brace on and used your crutches to stand up.You hugged Griff and smiled.He nodded and then went to the truck and left.You looked at everyone. Ari walked up and kissed you then slowly pulled away.
Ari: I'm sorry Shay
You: It's ok honestly I'm glad you guys are here so now that next time it happens you know how to get me to relax and actually breath
