It was September 1 st , Hallie and her family were on the platform waiting to board the Hogwarts Express, she was dressed in a pair of jeans with a nice pink blouse and a white raincoat over her outfit in order to protect herself from the gloomy weather outside. "You are overdressed," Peri told her looking her up and down. She was wearing a simple white t-shirt and jeans, "We are going to school not a social gathering."
She smoothed her already perfect hair to be sure there was not a single hair out of place. She did not even look in the direction of her sister just looking ahead of them at the train with a snobbish look on her face looking at the train. Ilvermorny offered a train as a version to get to the school, but they also accepted broom flying with paternal permission, but they would always arrive in their pegasus drawn carriage."You should always dress to impress. I wanted to wear my pink dress but the rain had me changing my outfit last minute." She glanced over at the Weasley family and Harry, who was with them as well. Hermione was a bit further down the platform standing with her parents. She gave a small wave to Fred who gave one back, they exchanged smiles before turning their attention back to their families to say goodbye.
Cassie was nervous from the attacks at the World Cup, she had considered not sending the girls. Richard convinced her to send them anyway since she would help Barty Crouch Sr. with the Tri-Wizard Tournament being held at Hogwarts. Although no one knew she was going to be the permanent ministry worker at Hogwarts while the games were occurring, this was just in case something happened with one of the International schools participating in the event. She knew the girls would soon find out she was there, she also got special permission from Dumbledore to let Alicia attend private lessons since she was not going to be able to homeschool her with the Tri-Wizard tournament occurring and with the recent attacks she rather keep her close.
"Girls behave please," Cassie told them. She looked at her husband, "Are you sure we should send them," she wanted to be absolutely positive they were doing the right thing
"They will be fine," he assured her. He wrapped his arm around her pulling her into a side hug and whispered in her ear, "You will be there the whole time, too. They will be safe."
"Yeah mom we will be fine," Peri said looking at her mother.
She looked at her daughters, "Again please behave this year. I do not need to be getting letters from Dumbledore saying how you have not been acting correctly. He is doing us a great favor and accepting you three into the school even though you are not first years."
Peri rolled her eyes, "I am perfectly capable of learning magic on my own. I do not need a school to teach me."
"Watch your tongue, young lady. You are a great witch...much better at making potions that performing spells correctly though," she sighed softly then hugged her, "I am going to miss you my darling. My first baby, I love you so much."
Peri hugged her back and rested her head on her shoulder. She may be stubborn but she was also very sweet, "I love you too."
They all said their final goodbyes then Hallie, Holly, Mallory, and Peri all boarded the train with the golden trio. Once on board, the four of them found their own compartment while the golden trio was in one next door to them. "I think I will go explore the train," Hallie said standing the others knew what she was really doing. They knew she would never want to go explore anything, especially a train. "Watch Diamond, please," she placed her all-white cat on the seat and then left going to find Fred. She stood outside the door unsure which way to go first looking left and right and then decided to go towards the front of the train.
She searched each compartment, noticing the ages of the students getting older with each train car. Every guy and some girls watched as she walked, "Who is that?" she heard some of them ask one another.
