S-6-21 is a recently drawn but long time standing concept to be the cell mate of s-6-22 for their early childhood, eventually being replaced by s-6-23 after she was moved.

She is an extremely rare type of hybrid (my name for monsters) with three horns and a devout follower and believer in the red army ideas she grew up around. This definitely will cause issues one day but this is how it currently stands. She is generally in the range of late twenties to early thirties and acts her age. She is caring to people. Especially after a long isolation period.
Her ears and fingers are heavily mutilated due to severe frostbite that first happened when she was seven and has happened more recently (around 16) Due to this, she is terrified of the cold and being locked out of important places.
She has several abilities. These are flight, fire starter, and a telekinesis that affects things with polarity.
Flight: her ability for flight comes from her wings. She stands at 5'4 with a wingspan of 20 feet which is in the proper flight ratio.
Fire starter: fire starter is a purely magikal concept that is an on contact cleansing fire that destroys all fungus, fungal spores, and the lesser god(s) of knowlage.
Telekinesis: telekinesis gives the ability to physically manipulate anything with polarity through broadcasting through her largest horn. Polarity, in this case, is positive and negative charges on either side of it on an over all object, like a magnet, or at the molecular level, like water.
