This is Ambara. She is the goddess of chaos/destruction and is canonically a war lord. She's wearing casual clothes at the moment. Her limbs are of two different techniques. Her leg is held together and manipulated with magik. Her arm is purely mechanical with the crystal serving not as a power source but as a way to still channel magik through the magikless limb.
