Chapter 2

Elijah Pov:
I was sad to be leaving Cartia I wanted to stay with her or I wanted her to come with us but I don't want her to get hurt but at least she won't be alone. "I'm inviting Damon to look after Cartia while we are gone" I said to my brother "Why Damon out of everyone" He asked "I can trust Damon that he won't let her get hurt in anyway and I have already spoken to him and he agreed" Elijah said "Well i guess it is better than her being alone."

Two hours later
Elijah and Niklaus were just getting ready to leave and Damon knocked on the door. Elijah opened it "Hello Damon" Elijah and Klaus both said. Damon stepped into the house "If anything happens to Cartia while we are gone I will rip your head of Damon" Niklaus said "Klaus I have already told Damon the rules he knows what will happen if she gets hurt"

I walked out of my room and I seen Damon standing there we seen each other at school sometimes when I went to school to be honest I always thought Damon liked me because he always trying to impress me I'm never going to fall for him though.

"What is he doing here" I said "He is going to stay her with you Cartia" My father said I rolled my eyes dad I'm 18 I think I can look after my self. "But I just want to know that you will be safe Cartia."

"We better get going Elijah" Klaus said I walked over to my dad and gave him a big hug I didn't know when I was going to see him again "I love you
darling" "I love you to dad" I then pull away from the hug and give my uncle one he said "Be safe little one" "I will be."

They left the house and now I was stuck here with Damon for god knows how long.
